Using great water filters for more than 5 years and never had issues with filters. So installed at new place as well.
Dave was very helpful in arranging installation of filters at my convenience day though plumber was unavailable on that day. Appreciate your help and thank you for your service.

Amazing experience, great tasting water
The purchasing experience was great, The person I spoke to explained to me how it works and advised me what tank size I should select. The installer Leveon was very friendly and explained to us how to use the filter and how to maintain it.
Most importantly the taste of water is amazing and this is one of the best investments for a growing family.
Amazing people, and fantastic product, highly recommend this company.

Great Water under bench water filter
Good customer service from Great Water team, prompt in getting the unit installed and great tasting water. The under bench unit sits discreetly at the back of my cupboard. Very happy with the Great Water experience.

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. The installer attended on time and was courteous and polite. He did the install and then our friendly neighbour asked could we move it as it would get damaged by his boat. The installer didn't blink an eyelid. He was so accommodating and moved the box up to another part of the garden where it would be safe. I highly recommend this company

Fantastic whole house water system
A great company to deal with - from the people at the homeshow that we met, to David in the office with follow-up and Nick our plumber who installed the system. All our questions were answered, we were kept up to date with what was happening and we'll now get reminders when our filters are due to be changed. Couldn't be happier with the quality of the service and our water! Thanks guys!

Amazing Water Filter
Great Water Filters Team has been very proactive, and supportive. The team reached out to me many times when they had to reschedule the plumber. They also advised that they have reminders to send the annual, every 2 years water filter cartridge replacement. Thanks to David, Trish who worked with me to get my water filter installed.

Great Service, Highly Recommend
Fantastic service from Great Water Filters Australia. The team were so friendly and helpful. Our Reverse Osmosis system was installed so quickly by Levon and works perfectly. I highly recommend this company. We no longer need to buy bottled water or need a kettle! Thanks to Dave, Levon and Trish for your help.
