Great Rail Journeys - UK Omdömen

Very helpful member of the sales team, who answered my queries and processed my reservation.

Very helpful with good explanations of the holiday we were interested in and booked

My wife and I (both retired) used Great Rail Journeys for the first time last year when we took a 'Little trains of Catelonia' holiday in April.

We were so pleased with the holiday in every way. The booking process, the excellent help and guidance available if needed, the camaraderie of the group experience and a marvelous group leader all convinced us that this sort of holiday was in many ways more enjoyable than 'just doing our own thing'.
So we have just booked again to holiday at Lake Garda in May '27 and are very much looking forward to it.

The tour guide was incredible in organising everything for us to make sure we didnt miss anything. Very professional and with a personal charm also which reflected the high quality of the tour (even an accompany the medical shop!).. second to none! Very enjoyable trip to India, learned so much about the culture and heritage from the exceptional guides - an experience never to be forgotten. The quality of hotels were excellent too and the food amazing. We came across a few challenges along the way, which were all part of the experience and the itinerary was tight so you do need to be personally organised to keep up with so many hotel transfers in such a short time. All in all a remarkable tour!

Short wait to speak to an agent who was able to answer all my questions in a professional yet friendly manner. An easy and pleasant experience. Thanks

Booking experience over the phone was superb and the lady was so nice, calm and very helpful answering all our questions. Travelled once with you before in India which was so well organised hoping our next trip will be just as good.😊

Pofessional, friendly agent who dealt with our booking efficiently and effectively. All sorted to our satisfaction, good valuw for money.

First rate, professional and personal service as always from Luke. Nothing was too much trouble and everything was thoroughly explained.

An excellent kind and thoughtful employee called Gail. She could not have been more helpful. It was a delight arranging my trip with her.

The advisers at Great Rail are always knowledgeable and helpful.

The web site was very easy to use and helpful

The person I spoke to was polite, helpful and knowledgeable about the holiday in which I was interested. Everything handled efficiently.

Always very efficient helpful n knowledgable. Guiding us through the process be it our first or sixth time.

Excellent booking and pre holiday admin. It was our first time with GRJ and would highly recommend. Great itinerary, can't believe how much we did and incredible sights we saw. The Tour Manager who travelled with was a delight and the support staff and driver very good.

Very helpful booking advisor who went through details carefully. Felt the process was reassuring and thorough. I do have further questions regarding the hotel and have sent these to Customer Services at GRJ. This will be our third trip with you and we look forward to more.

As a loyal customer we took advantage of the special offer and were pleasantly surprised how asy it was to book on the phone. Will also consider them for rail tickets to London
