Greatlife is a Swedish supplement company founded by two quality fanatics who simply were not satisfied with what was available on the market. The ambition from the beginning was simple: to create supplements that we ourselves would use with full confidence, give to our families and recommend to people we care about.
Today, we have a broad range of supplements, vitamins, minerals and other health products. But the goal has never been to have the most products. The goal is for every product we develop to be able to compete to be the best in its niche.
For us, quality is in the details. We carefully review raw materials, forms, dosages, manufacturing and content, and always try to choose solutions that we ourselves believe are better, cleaner and more thoughtfully designed. We go so far as to also choose some of the most premium-oriented capsules on the market. For us, it is not enough for the contents to be of high quality; the capsule around it should be as well. That is the level we want our supplements to be at.

Problems with the delivery but overall happy with the service
My product was delivered by UPS, who ignored the delivery address and instead delivered the products to one of their pick up locations.
The delivery address was of a temporary place where I was staying at, and become UPS didn´t deliver the product where it should and didn´t inform me that delivery was done elsewhere, I ended up not being able to get the products on time and went to my permanent residence empty handed.
After reporting the issue to Greatlife, customer support immediately responded and tried to compensate me for the issue. They offered me 3 options, all of them very reasonable:
1. Return of the products at no extra cost and full refund.
2. Reshipment of the products to my country of residence.
3. 20% discount on my order.
I understand that Greatlife is not at fault here, the delivery failure is 100% UPS´ responsibility.
I appreciate the fact that Greatlife always responded to my emails very quickly and in a very positive, helpful manner. Fantastic customer support!
I can´t give 5 stars to the overall process because I didn´t get my products when I should, but I wouldn´t hesitate to give 5 stars to how Greatlife handled the situation.
I will consider ordering again in the future.
