We had a transfer from Gatwick to Heathrow airport.
I appreciated the meet & greet service, which was included in the price. The vehicle was clean and a good size, perfect for 4 of us and all our luggage!

First time using this service and not the last :) booking process has been seamless, agents have been responsive quickly and pick up car spacious/clean along with nice/professional driver .

I’ve been using this service for the past four years for journeys from Heathrow, and they have never let me down. Their prices are extremely reasonable, especially given the consistently high level of service.

As I usually travel with my large family, luggage can be a challenge, but they always provide a vehicle spacious enough to accommodate all of us and our bags comfortably. The booking process is seamless, and the drivers are consistently courteous, professional and polite.

I also really appreciate that they track your flight, so even if there are delays, you don’t have to worry about unnecessary waiting-time charges.

They left me stranded in a rural location for a late night pick up - sending a cancellation message just after the pickup time - despite assuring me several times in the days leading up to the pickup that the booking was confirmed.

They are now delaying the refund on my prepaid booking due to “technical issues”.

I will not be using them again.

My understanding is that this company do not have their own taxis and are a middleman for other taxi companies so ultimately cannot be relied upon to make sure bookings are followed through.
