Interaction with the company representative with regard to setting up export of energy to grid was excellent. Charlie was very helpful and efficient and made the procedure relatively straightforward.

I’m more than happy I told him,wished I’d had them installed years ago.
The most important thing about the phone call,is that Ian from GRC phoned.
I’ve had the Solar and battery’s nearly 3 years.
I had confidence in the company,when GRC Solar installed,my panels and battery’s,the staff were excellent and well mannered.
This however gives me more confidence in the future!

i spoke to ian about 4 weeks ago about export payments during the conversation he asked me about my wife.i told him she had just been admited to hospital with a stroke He called me back today to set up the export payments the 1st thing he asked me was how is your wife i was amazed he had remembered and he said he would sort everything out for me

Excellent company. Good communication keeping us updated regularly. Any issues are resolved VERY quickly, with suggestions on how to proceed if we get stuck. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for solar panels.

I have had a very good experience with GRC, Ian was very informative, the scaffolders were very efficient and the installers were very experienced, quick and tidy.
I have had my solar panels for a week now and the after sales service is very good, both in the office, nothing is too much trouble, and Ian has visited and helped me understand the app… and switch over to another energy supplier. All good so far!

GRC Solar is family run business. They run an honest and a transparent business. Their whole team is outstanding in addressing any queries. Their team is always available for their customers even after installation. Andy, Ian and Leighton all are highly professional in dealing with their customers.

Fantastic people who deliver an outstanding service. I can't recommend them highly enough. They made the whole thing quick, painless and brilliant. Andy answered all my questions in a full and patient manner. He promised his guys would be tidy, polite and efficient and they certainly were. It's unusual to find a company this lovely to deal with. When you do a huge project like Solar power, you always worry that things can go wrong or the company you choose might be ripping you off. From the first phone call through surveys, installation and follow up help, we feel GRC have had our backs. Friendly yet professional, knowledgeable and happy to take time to explain, every contact has been positive.
They were recommended by a friend and we would recommend them to anyone. I was very impressed by the standard of the installation which was brilliantly done in just one day. Attention to detail is evident when a quality craftsman is at work, and we can see this in spades.

We've been pleased and impressed with the service provided by GRC Solar.

Andrew made two visits to explain fully the benefits of solar panels and then to give us full details of the installation process for our bungalow.

Jonathan and his team then installed the solar panels efficiently and with minimum disruption. The whole process took less than four hours including a full explanation pf how the system will work going forward.

The cost of installing the system was very reasonable.

We were looking at various suppliers of solar; your Andrew was the first to respond in person. His quotation was quickly accepted after brief, acceptable negotiation. Installation proceeded quickly (on 10/3/25). The installers did an excellent job. We had a minor glitch the day after installation, nothing to do with your kit or the installation but a loose connection in our existing distribution board, quickly fixed by them.
The system has now been running for one week and has been EXCELLENT. Your software monitoring system is super - I am trying to reduce the number of times I look at it!
I am looking for people who could be interested in solar and will be delighted to recommend GRC

First class service. The fitters were three polite young men who carried out the installation with the minimum of fuss and left everything neat and tidy.

Everything for start to finish, from the initial meeting with Andy to the day our solar panels were installed was first class. The fitting company were superb very clean and discussed every detail with us. Cannot fault their workmanship. Ian also came to speak to us and explained about the app and how everything worked and importantly they are only ever a phone call away if we have any problems.

Ian arrived exactly when he said he would and in no time at all he had sorted out not only our connection and registration for the night time tariff with Octopus but also those of our neighbour and our cousin. Marvellous, first class service as always from this company.

We have been running 16 panels quite a while now and are very happy with them. We had a quick, tidy, professional installation and an easy app to control the system. We would like to thank Andy, Elliot and Leighton for their ongoing attentive support and superior products. Sorry the review is a bit late, I thought I'd already done it. :-)

System has been installed a week now and working well. Like the ability to charge home battery during cheap off peak rate especially at this time of year when solar is low. The install went well, lead electrician was a top bloke, seemed to really know his stuff. All in all a great experience so far. Would recommend.
