Gray & Bull Styling Opticians Omdömen

I can't commend enough the patience, warmth and welcome I received from Becca and the team. At all points they were helpful, thoughtful and gave excellent service. Highly recommend. Love my new spectacles!

I went to the store a few days ago to have my glasses adjusted, and the gentleman who helped me was incredibly friendly and professional. I believe he was the practice manager. He fitted my glasses perfectly and also gave me some great advice on frames that suited me.
They have a fantastic selection of unique, handmade frames that I’ve never come across before. I particularly loved the frames made from recycled vinyl musical records they’re so creative and distinctive.
I highly recommend Gray & Bull Opticians. The service is excellent, and the whole experience was fantastic.

I have a very high prescription, and the optician did a fantastic job of turning it into a beautiful, stylish pair of glasses. Special thanks to Becca for listening to me and making this possible. Excellent service, attention to detail and expertise. I would highly recommend them!

Mr B .l recently brought a pair of sunglasses and the service was absolutely fantastic specially was the fast track service which was needed because am going on holiday very soon and staff were unbelievable I would recommend them to my friends and family if you have deep pockets 😜keep up the good work guys 🙏🏾

A friend recommended Gray and Bull to me and the service was impeccable - friendly, informative, reassuring. Everyone I spoke to from the employee who helped me choose a frame , the doctor who tested my eyes and talked me through my various eye issues and put up with my endless questions to the person who discussed lenses with me and how long it would take to fulfil my order were totally professional and experienced and listened closely to what I had to say. I too have been recommending Gray and Bull
to people I know.

Great experience! They helped me choose the exact glasses I wanted and gave really good advice. They were very kind and took their time to help me. Becca, the girl who assisted me, was especially helpful. Thank you!

Fabulous staff from the moment you walk in it’s a lovely experience and the frames are amazing

One year on and hear I am again to tell you of my suberb visit to Gray & Bull in Nottingham City Centre. Yet again I would like to share my delight of there professalism & support from start to finish. So I hope you read my review last year and called in to recieve the most delightful welcome with the upmost professional experience from the whole team. In the coming months a refurbishment is to take place so if you haven't popped in to recieve the exceptional service they offer already with fashionable eyewear I tell you your missing out.

Really great experience. I’m a returning customer because the service is excellent and the attention to detail is spot on. They have a great range of frames from niche brands that are 100% better quality than the standard offer from other opticians. They know what they are talking about and will offer suggestions that fit with your lifestyle.

I had an exceptional experience at Gray & Bull Opticians. I was served by Yags, who is incredibly professional, highly experienced, and truly outstanding in the way he supports customers. He took the time to understand exactly what I needed, offered thoughtful recommendations, and ensured everything was handled with care and precision.

Gray & Bull also offer an impressive selection of niche, handcrafted frames. The quality is remarkable—beautiful materials, unique designs, and a level of craftsmanship you don’t often find. It’s clear that they prioritise excellence in every aspect of their service.

From expertise to product quality, everything at Gray & Bull is top-tier. I highly recommend them for anyone seeking exceptional eye care and premium eyewear.

I popped in here after being advised by a friend, the selection of frames was wonderful and you couldn't find the quality anywhere else oin the high street chains,
Very helpful staff who gave me excellent advice

As ever, excellent prompt service.
Highly recommend.

I had my eye test at Grey and bull opticians the service i was provided with was excellent

The staff were so friendly and helpful. They spent so much time with me helping choose frames and I am so grateful for their service!

Excellent eyewear, all the spectacles frames are so unique and are all hand made, beautifully designed, I now going to get all my future glasses from Gray and bull opticians.

Extremely disappointed. All the hype about being a good trustworthy opticians. Definitely not!!! Had nothing but trouble, now on my 3rd prescription in less than 8 months due to their poor quality of work. They refuse to admit liability for making me so ill I had to take 3 days off work due to severe eye strain. I’m now going to issue court proceedings for loss of earnings and the costs associated with my expensive useless eyewear. Things are so bad from Gray and Bull I’m using my old glasses from Vision Express.

Their costs are extortionate and not quality, the lenses from Nikon are poor quality as are their frames. Please avoid this place at all costs

I've never seen such a wide selection of high quality brands in my time of wearing glasses. Great choice and great friendly service; the staff are all very knowledgeable.

Gave me help in choosing the best glasses and best lenses for me. The choice and quality is second to none.
