I have tried to save a bit of money by going to other brands or other suppliers and it's a false economy. Gray Nicolls kit is just better.
I have swapped out all my gear for GN over the last few years and have no complaints. Quality is top notch, delivery is quick and trouble free, customer service is excellent and rapid.
I had a problem with a pair of shoes where part of the sole started to separate after two indoor sessions. Return and replacement was drama-free and the new ones have lasted two seasons, good as new.
I have had problems with other suppliers so now go to GN direct and have nothing but praise for them.

We decided to move our supplier: we examined a lot of the companies in the business; we eventually settled on GN bot because they offered the best deals necessarily, but because they offered the best service, and a reliable service, to our members. We 2700 members there are a lot of folk to try and satisfy and we have to say that GN is doing it better than we expected.

I bought the Gray Nicolls Ventus 1.3 5 Star from Talent Cricket in early May. Despite the included knocking and added €40 for extra knocking, the bat still doesn’t perform well—it vibrates on most hits unless it’s perfectly middled. Three experienced teammates tried it and felt the same. I’m unsure if it’s a quality issue with this particular bat or just not suited to my game, but for €400, it hasn’t lived up to expectations.

I would personally recommend other brands at this price.

Absolutely unacceptable experience.
I placed an order on May 6th, and the website clearly states delivery in a few days. It's now been over a week and the items haven’t even been shipped. No updates. No communication. This kind of service is misleading, unprofessional, and completely unreliable. I would strongly advise others to avoid this company—they clearly cannot be trusted to deliver on their promises.

They take the order - hold the money for many days. All of a sudden I get message from their customer service executive and they cancel my order. Really bad service - not expecting from companies boasting about professional cricketers wearing their stuff

Should not give a single star, they were given for UPS and it’s a week gone by still I do not have my order yet and Gray Nicolos sayings it takes 15 working days to investigate and issue a refund, means it will take three weeks…..still I have to buy it again 😂

I purchased some cricket pads and payment was taken. A few days later the customer services cancelled my order, advising that this item was now out of stock. Please be aware that they can cancel your order at any time without reason. I am still waiting for my refund. I would expect a Company to be aware of its stock, and if you accept their offer, they take payment, you then have a contract. They could have offered me an alternative product but didn't but they still have my money in their bank and I have no goods that were ordered. I will never buy Gray Nicolls products again and will just purchase a different brand.

I was really disappointed with the Gray-Nicolls Revo Pro 1.0 Cricket Shoes. I purchased them for about 80 quids in mid-July last year, believing they were the top-of-the-line spikes worn by international players, as advertised on their website. However, despite only playing four games last year, the shoes started coming apart at the front during the third game of this season. This is incredibly disappointing, given the price and the supposed quality of the product.
