I really enjoy Gratsi wine and the taste. However, I’m trying to lose weight. I quit drinking it for a while and started losing weight but I didn’t think it was the wine but as soon as I started drinking it again, the weight started to come back on.

I never received my order

I purchased a bundle of wine on 3/8/2026. My order was received, and I was charged $136 but my order was never fulfilled nor was my money refunded. I have attempted to contact Gratsi Wine numerous time with no avail. They will not email me or contact me in return, nor have I received my money back.
Do NOT waste your time OR money here!

Terrible service—or scammers?

I placed an order on February 26th, and the funds were deducted from my card. As of March 16th, the order has not arrived—it hasn't even been shipped! Terrible service, or else they are scammers

Placed original order on 3/5

Placed original order on 3/5. No shipping information as of 3/11, contacted customer service with no response. Contacted them again on 3/12, finally a response that tracking would be updated in 24-48 hours. Almost 96 hours later, still no movement in tracking. The shipping and customer service is too slow. I will go back to Medly.

I placed an order on March 3rd and today is March 19th and I still have not received my order. Only after I initiated an email asking where my order was, it was the only way I was getting a response from your company. This will be my last time, Medley treats their customers like they're important. Thank you.

You have not delivered order 645220 which I placed on 3/3 but you have charged me $88.00’on my credit card..Johnnie of customer service emailed me saying my order would be shipped by end of week..,,,3/15-16. As mentioned in our email conversation, we were experiencing a temporary shipping delay at the time your order was placed, which was also noted in the banner on our website during checkout. I let you know your order was expected to ship around March 15–16, and I’m happy to confirm that it did ship on March 16 exactly as communicated. According to the UPS tracking details, the package was delivered and signed for by you on March 19.

My order did not even begin to ship for over 3 weeks

My order did not begin ship for over 3 weeks. Customer support offered nothing in return to keep my business. They were almost happy that i was cancelling and not returning as a customer. The wine isn't that good to have long delays with poor customer service. Support local stores where you have a much better chance at good customer service.

Shipping takes forever

I ordered 12 days ago or more and there is still no update on tracking. It has not even shipped out. I have been so excited about this wine and now I haven’t even gotten it and already don’t want to order again.

8 days until this company made a label for shipping. 4 days after that it still hasn’t shipped. I would already be drinking my Medley order by now. Guess I’ll go back to Medley.

Over the past few months, we experienced an unusually high volume of production and shipping delays. Wine is a natural, agricultural product, when something in the production cycle gets thrown off, it doesn’t just reset overnight. Weather disruptions, transport slowdowns, and customs can all stack up, and it takes time to catch back up.
We did have delayed shipping banners listed on or website and sent out mass emails notifying customers of the delays, but we know messages can sometimes get missed or end up in spam. Good things take time, and wine is no exception. We apologize your order was delayed and we've issued a full refund.

The wife and I absolutely love Gratsi wine….. unreal taste for something that is “sugar free” ! We share our Gratsi with all our guests and never get a bad review from them. Paid for, but no wine received i

It has been almost 2 weeks since I placed and paid for my order. I have emailed and asked why it is taking so long and have not been given an answer as to why I have not yet received my order. I was told it was packed and would be shipped and that is not true. I’m extremely disappointed.

Shipment delay

I have a subscription to Gratsi Wine and have enjoyed it. Past deliveries were prompt and customer service was excellent, until this month.
My credit card payment was processed and charged to me on March 3, 2026.
Ten days later and no shipment yet. I have emailed Gratsi multiple times inquiring about delay with NO RESPONSE!
I finally heard from Gratsi explaining the delay of my shipment. A problem with their supply chain. Eunice was great and assured me they have taken care of issue and apologized for not communicating in a timely manner.
I have a tracking #! 👍🏻

Extensive Shipping Delays, No Customer Service

I truly don't know what has happened with this company. The service was great the first 2 times I ordered from them. After that the deliveries were damaged, or delayed, sometimes delayed by weeks despite being charged promptly. Order number 639400, placed on February 26th was the last straw. As of today, it has still not shipped, despite being charged. I have sent 5 emails and a message through their website requesting that the order be cancelled and refunded. No response at all. I have cancelled my subscription and I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to report the poor delivery and customer support.

You’ve placed 11 orders with Gratsi, and until this situation, all had been fulfilled successfully. Over the past few months, we ran into an unusual production delay. Wine is an agricultural product, so when something in the production cycle is disrupted, it doesn’t just reset overnight. We communicated these delays and issued a 20% refund on your order as a thank-you for your patience and choosing to wait on your order durning this fluid delay. Afterward, multiple messages were sent, which temporarily slowed our ability to respond to your cancellation request. Once we received it, we processed your full refund immediately we never hesitated to make things right. While we do acknowledge part of your January 6 order was damaged in transit, and as soon as you let us know, we sent a replacement immediately, responding right away to your request.
We truly appreciate your loyalty over the last nine months and apologize, that this one experience overshadow the many positive experiences you’ve had with Gratsi. We’re committed to getting future shipments out smoothly and hope you’ll continue to enjoy your Gratsi wines you have.

Customer service has been very supportive and helpful in resolving any issues I’ve had. I do love this wine and love sharing a glass w my sister and friends when they come over— they love it too!
