Looking for great sandwich meat at a bargain price? Purchase the Whole Primal Beef Inside Round. It is leanest primal muscle in the animal. For sandwiches, slice the meat thin after using your favorite roast recipe. The inside round muscle is also the perfect foundation for homemade jerky and pemmican. US Wellness Meats is proudly teamed up with a group of elite grass farmers from the Island of Tasmania which is located off the coast of Australia. US Wellness Meats is currently sourcing this cut exclusively from Tasmania. The climate in Tasmania is a utopia for cattle because of the year round maritime climate buffered by the Southern Ocean. No hormones or GMO's are allowed on the island and air quality is recognized as the gold standard for purity on the globe. Tasmania is slightly larger than the state of West Virginia and covered with some of the finest grass in the world. All of US Wellness Meats' beef products are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished.

Tough. Trying a hammer style meat tenderizer; helps a little but a lot of pounding. I'm not expert on meats so maybe don't know what I'm talking about. May need to get a slow cooker but don't want to because I'm going off grid soon and eating venison from then on and wont have electricity or any tenderizers except the hammer.

Delicious, high protein, no pesticides on grass (very important to me), easy to cut roast into portions for the freezer. This is my new favorite roast!

Due to its size and shape I call this primal "the baby elephant". It is pure lean meat in bulk that I cut into large loaves or bricks. Since my diet is carnivore based on fatty meat, I cook it with raw lamb or beef suet, also from US Wellness. Also perfect for stews, especially with bones. Most nutritious food on earth or in history and cheaper per pound than Door Dust or Starvebucks chockolito sugar bombs.

The Whole Primal Beef Inside Round I liked the least out of my entire order, while it was still good the taste was was not as good as the other beef cuts and it was not quite as satisfying either but still okay.

The size of a baby elephant so not for everybody due to its size. Plan how you are going to eat this monster. I carve it into bricks and freeze them then cook roasts, steaks, whatever. I just love the mass of juicy protein.
