Raw and Aged Grass-Fed Unsalted Cheddar Cheese is a rare find. All the flavor of cheddar without the salt. Hand-crafted in small batches from whole A2-A2 milk. A2-A2 milk has a unique protein profile that is easier to digest than A1 milk. Highest heat temperature: 102 deg. F All natural. No antibiotics or artificial growth hormones. US Wellness Meats’ cheese is sourced from 100% grass-fed dairy cows. No grain, soy free, non-GMO. Naturally higher in Omega-3's and CLA's. Vacuum sealed to preserve freshness. Once opened, it is best used within 7-10 days. Ingredients: Raw whole milk, animal rennet, cultures. Each package weighs approximately 8 ounces.

It came within 24 hours of ordering. All frozen in small packages just the right size. I have great cheddar cheese without busting my sodium intake allowance. Thanks guys

I hadn't been able to find salt-free cheese, locally, for quite a while...when Tillamook stopped making theirs in the 90's, the only salt-free cheese that I was able to locate was from overseas...the shipping costs were crippling! I ran across the above, by accident, and because I was trying to get away from eating heavily salted foods, it was a good bulk buy, with great ease of shipping, within the U.S. :>)
