US Wellness Meats’ Tenderloin Filet Mignon Steak is guaranteed to please because of its amazing texture and rich beef flavor. Tenderloin Filet Mignon is the most tender steak out there. Simply, sear, cook over low heat, and enjoy with your favorite wine! Heartier appetites will appreciate the larger, 9 ounce size.

US Wellness Meats is proudly teamed up with a group of elite grass farmers from the Island of Tasmania which is located off the coast of Australia. US Wellness Meats is currently sourcing this cut from Tasmania. The climate in Tasmania is a utopia for cattle because of the year round maritime climate buffered by the Southern Ocean. No hormones or GMO's are allowed on the island and air quality is recognized as the gold standard for purity on the globe. Tasmania is slightly larger than the state of West Virginia and covered with some of the finest grass in the world.
All of US Wellness Meats' beef products are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished.

Thank you for sharing your feedback. We’re sorry to hear that our Beef Tenderloin Filet Mignon did not meet your expectations. We understand that filet mignon is a premium cut, and customers expect a certain level of tenderness, flavor, and texture from this special steak. As with all naturally raised beef, there can be natural variations from animal to animal, and individual preferences also play an important role in the overall experience. We appreciate you giving our product a try and taking the time to share your thoughts.
While I have has US Wellness meats before and loved them, this last purchase was a gift. The person receiving the gift seemed very satisfied.

About 10% of the packages are not sealed causing the meat to start to spoil and freezer burn. This happens on every delivery with the steaks.

We sous vide the tenderloin than seared it in a pan I used to sear scallops. Delicious cut like butter.
