The filet was better, found the steak cuts very thick.

Produktinformation
Find out for yourself why Tenderloin Filet Mignon- 6 ounce is US Wellness Meats best-selling steak. It may be small, but it is packed with flavor and is one of the most tender steaks you can buy.
Each Tenderloin Filet Mignon averages 6 ounces.
US Wellness Meats is proudly teamed up with a group of elite grass farmers from the Island of Tasmania which is located off the coast of Australia. This cut is currently sourced from both our domestic cattle and our farm partners in Tasmania. The climate in Tasmania is a utopia for cattle because of the year round maritime climate buffered by the Southern Ocean. No hormones or GMO's are allowed on the island and air quality is recognized as the gold standard for purity on the globe. Tasmania is slightly larger than the state of West Virginia and covered with some of the finest grass in the world.
All of US Wellness Meats' beef products are 100% grass-fed and grass-finished.

You can tell this is actually meat from the texture and taste. Lately the organic grass fed filets I've gotten at Whole Foods have been tied together with a string, that literally is holding separate chunks of "meat" together as if it were stew meat with zero flavor.
