Produktinformation
US Wellness Meats continues to receive compliments about the great taste of Grass-Fed Beef Liver.
Grass‑fed beef liver is exceptionally nutrient‑dense, offering high levels of vitamin A, B12, folate, iron, copper, and choline—earning it the reputation of “nature’s multivitamin.”
Grass‑fed beef liver is superior to grain‑fed liver because cattle raised on natural pasture produce liver with two to five times higher concentrations of essential nutrients, including vitamins A and E, B vitamins, omega‑3 fatty acids, and key minerals, giving it a much richer nutrient profile than grain‑fed alternatives. Additionally, the natural grass‑based diet enhances the liver’s fatty‑acid composition—boosting omega‑3s and beneficial precursors like ALA—while grain‑based feeds tend to reduce overall nutritional density.
These nutrients support energy production, immune health, and metabolic function, making grass‑fed beef liver a powerful whole‑food source for overall wellness.
Each package of Beef Liver weighs approximately 1 pound.
All of US Wellness Meats’ beef products come from 100% grass-fed and grass-finished cows.

I am aware that there is no way to know how the taste and the texture is going to be. It is different every time. So difficult to make a judgment. Freezing does not help the taste or the texture either. In any case, I am grateful por the possibility to order this from you.

I had not eaten liver since I was a child and my grandmother prepared it, but I was told I had low iron and my doc told me to try eating this. Well I looked at my local grocery and just could not bring myself to buy from there, knowing what I do about the unhealthy practices of processed meat. Then my doc suggested this company so I bought a few different things and I love eating liver now!

This liver looks so fresh. It's not that grey stuff you find squished against the glass at some carnecerias. It has that good'ol liver flavor, but honestly much less, more palatable, than other market livers I've had. The liver is also much more dense, not spongy and tearing apart. Cooks great too!

The liver is tender, and we love the way it is packaged--nice flat pieces of about equal size.

Most packs have pieces that are to small and I’ve been getting a lot of grissle or some kind of crap that I have to cut off before I cook it… getting more prevalent with every shipment

I’m not much for liver but this was for a special gut healing diet. I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. I guess other lovers must have more toxins and such cause it was good.
