This is a new food for me to try.This order is second time for me to purchase.Discover a perfect way to use then normal stews and chicken soup receipts.In summer tried it for Spanish gazapaco soup,cold soup.Sorry about bad spelling,it happens.As I age our bodies need that good collagen source-thank you for providing for us!

Well, it’s not really gelatin. It’s just stock. The container I’ve opened so far is really just stock. But, it’s a good starter for other dishes and the flavor is very good.

We found this handy to add to stock or bone broth that lacked enough gelatinous parts in the bones. It is handy to keep in the refrigerator and add to a cup of bone broth or stock.

This is so convenient, especially compared to making my own meat stock and bone broth. While gelatin can be used a variety of ways, I typically just warm up a couple of spoonfuls in filtered water for a nutritious and soothing cup of broth to start my day.
