I realised I had ordered the wrong wine…
I realised I had ordered the wrong wine and contacted Grape & Bean to ask if they could send the correct one instead. I was in touch with Margaret, and she was absolutely fantastic – so helpful, understanding, and quick to respond. She sorted everything out straight away, and the correct wine was sent without any hassle. It was such a smooth experience, and the customer service was top-class. I highly recommend Grape & Bean and will definitely be ordering again!

Ordered for next day delivery and we were not disappointed. Thank you to Mags for taking my calls when organising the hamper for a colleague.
