Grant Estate Agents were established in Newtownards in 2002 and strive to be the approachable, down to earth yet professional face of local Estate Agents. Our agency covers the entire Ards and North Down Council areas including Newtownards, Ards Peninsula, Bangor, Donaghadee, Comber, Dundonald and as far away as Ballygowan, Killinchy and Saintfield. We provide a free and honest market valuation and have no up-front marketing or registration fees. Our commission is agreed with you during the valuation appointment and includes all marketing outlays and VAT. Our standard sales package includes a free floor plan, professional quality digital photographs, a video walk-through, Energy Performance Certificate and our support from start to finish. You may be tempted to think that "the cheaper the agent the better for you" but will a low cost agent get you the best price for your property? Will they be fully aware of where prices are at with just a limited number of transactions? Will they have the experienced and dedicated staff available to deal with the issues that can frequently arise after a sale has been agreed? These are the factors which separate a basic agent from and exceptional agent and are also the things most noted in our 5* reviews. Don't take a chance with the sale of your biggest asset - choose Grant Estate Agents.

Thanks Louise. It was a little bit of everything in your sale - a previous agent who hadn't secured a buyer, a change in your personal circumstances while listed with us and then Coronavirus thrown in for good measure. These are the unforeseen circumstances which can arise with any sale so we are delighted that we were able to adapt for you and got the right outcome for you at the right time.

Thanks Archie & Pearl. Another classic example of what we do differently- two previous agents with no viewings. A meeting with Grants, some practical advice taken on board, a fresh approach and sale agreed within one month. It’s what gets us up in the morning. Very much appreciate the review. Thanks.

Grants were amazing! On the ball in everyway. We sale agreed our home within a month of the housing market reopening after the first lockdown in 2020. Grants were so supportive, kept us in the loop every step of the way and always had our best interests at heart. We would absolutely use Grants to sell our home again.

Dealing with John Grant Estate agents…
Dealing with John Grant Estate agents was a great choice for us. We'd used two other agents and had no luck selling our house. John Grant contacted us, asked us to see if they can help. They gave us some helpful selling advice, which we followed, and we sold. Thoroughout the process, John Grant and his team were professional, thoughtful, caring. Kept us informed every step of the way.

Friendly yet professional Estate Agents
We chose John Grant Estate Agent to sell our house. From the first phone call to handing over our keys we were impressed with the professionalism of this company. They were friendly and informative no matter who we dealt with and kept us up to date with appointments and offers etc. The photos for the brochure looked well and they had the property on the market within 24 hours. We were fortunate and our house sold quickly but I would highly recommend John Grant to anyone wishing to sell a property.
