Granite and TREND Transformations UK - Derby Omdömen

All done to time and efficient, Nice Product and workmanship

Brilliant service no complaints at all

Everyone was so helpful and patient. Paul helping us decide colour for the worktops and sink. The young lady (sorry misplaced her name) who kept us in touch with when Paulo was coming measure our kitchen and then we couldn't belive that she messaged to say he was coming before we went away.
As to Paola himself, he was polite, worked hard and was very conscientious. We really recommend him.

We visited the Granite Transformations Derby Showroom and were impressed with the quality of the materials and standard of finish on display, as well as the advice that was provided. The design consultant Paul, who was both friendly and informative, visited our property to provide a quote for granite worktop overlays and splash backs to be installed. We agreed to go ahead and the work was carried out by Garry, the fitter, whose workmanship was outstanding. Everyone we dealt with at the company was very friendly and knowledgable and we were delighted with the finished product. Highly recommended.

My granite transformations etherium worktop, installed in October 2021, developed 6 chips along one edge over a period of around 6 months. I could think of nothing which could have caused this, I asked about a repair, from the Derby office, who were our installers, I was asked to send photos and was told that this "look like chips due to damage, i.e. a pan catching the edge etc. so that's not covered on the warranty." I insisted that this was not the case and submitted a poor review to Trustpilot. At that point the office changed its mind and today the repair has been expertly done by Gary at no charge. After nearly 5 years of use, these worktops look brand new.

Everyone was very professional. The installers, Danny and Cam, did a brilliant job and worked har throughout the day. Would definitely recommend this company.

Very helpful staff, and our fitting was very professional, I would recommend your product and company.

From start to finish we received first class service. Judith who came initially didn’t push anything was very thorough and knowledgeable and even when I called back as I decided I wanted a new sink she came very quickly at my convenience.
All the way through I was given appropriate updates.Clear information about costs deposit the actual measuring and how long the job would take were given.I was offered a fix date but told if not suitable we could discuss another time to suit me.
The fixers came as expected and were very clean in their work, sweeping and hoovering every day prior to going home.I was able to look and ask questions during this time which were answered fully.
I had a special request because of elderly cats and this was no problem for them.At the end of the 3 days all the rubbish was removed.
I would highly recommend this company and everyone who I came into contact with.

Very happy with the service we got from Strat to finish only took 2 days like they said.

Great service and quality of worktops. Cam did a great job and was polite and professional. Highly recommended.

I have recently had granite solutions do my granite overlays and taps,I couldn't be more happy with the finish, trademanship, politeness.everythink really.the communication before it was done, recommended them to my family and friends.

We are very pleased with our new worktops which look great and seem good quality.
The customer service has been excellent throughout and appointments were managed very well.
Communication is excellent and all staff we had dealings with were pleasant and helpful. Any questions or snags have been dealt with efficiently.
An expensive product but very good and looks great.

The whole process was easy. The installation was prompt and Cam did a lovely job fitting the worktop. The price was also very competitive.

Excellent company excellent service and a great friendly team would highly recommend

I had my kitchen refitted with new doors, cabinets & shelves over 4.5 years ago. I have loved my new kitchen!
At the time of fitting I had ordinary appliances so I purchased spare doors, handles & plinths ready for when I replaced my appliances with integral versions.
I contacted the company to arrange doors to be fitted to my new integral appliances. The company went above and beyond in providing this additional service even though over 4 years had passed.
A fitter came within a couple of weeks ,and even though the fitting didn't quite go to plan, he stayed until it was right. Thank you so much GT for providing a great product, fitters and your overall customer service is fantastic! I would not hesitate in recommending this company

Due to the configuration of our kitchen it was not practical to simply replace worktops.
The solution was to have overlays fitted
This proved to be a great success
Very impressed with the efficiency of the administration and fitting

Gary fitted our overlay worktops this week and we are very pleased with the result. It's completely rejuvenated our kitchen! Gary was very professional, organised and left no mess when he finished. Thanks for a great job.
