I had absolutely amazing service from Grand Timepiece. Within 2 hours of calling them and asking about a watch it was ready for me. The watch was delivered from JHB to CT within one day. I felt completely at ease and comfortable in all dealings even though I had never met them personally.

The personalised service and attention to detail really stands out. The little thank you note in my watch box for doing business with Grand Timepiece was a lovely little gesture.

I was after a Tissot watch that I couldn't find anywhere new but I found it on GTP's website and I called for availability on the Wednesday, the Thursday Leonard met me at my place of work with no obligation to buy.
