Overall good rating, however, being the Chinese Grand Prix, there are a number of things that could have been informed prior to, like...
A. You get no actual tickets. You do not know where your seat is other from your section, and you enter by face recognition.
B. You must bring your passport to the Circuit for confirmation as foreigner before you can come in.
I did get an email with a link for me to register my passport prior to the race however I do not recall receiving any prior notices which would have been nice to get. Been to a number of F1 races in Europe, Americas, Middle East and Asia and I am used to have a print or downloadable ticke prior to...
Everything is very well organized in the circuit, however if you encounter a problem, it would not be easy to solve while there.

Contact Issues and Customer service
I had contacted Grand Prix Events via email and through the contact form 3 times over the course of 2 weeks with no response from them. My queries related to an upcoming race in 2026 and questions regarding seating and ticket transfer as I had not previously purchased from Grand Prix Events before. I also tried calling the phone number on their website in which everytime went to voicemail.
After hearing no response over the 2 weeks and seeing that they responded to posts on trustpilot, I wrote a review that showed my experience with them and the lack of contact I could make with them.
The initial response which is below (for now) is was that they assumed I had made an order and couldn’t find my name on their system so they thought I may have been scammed and they asked for the review to be removed from trustpilot. Following up on this I got a mail from trustpilot which said to send my contact details for the company to contact me directly.
A short time later I received a mail which asked me to ask my questions and to again remove the review as I had no tickets order and that trustpilot should not be used to force business.
This was very frustrating as I had updated this review to tell them I didn’t have an order and my questions were in relation to a potential order.
In a email I sent back as a response I went through my questions and highlighted the number of red flags that had appeared, 1) emails not answered, 2) phone calls to voicemail and 3) phone numbers being different on the company website and trustpilot info page - which turned out I was correct and this has since been corrected by Grand Prix Events.
I did receive an apology from Grand Prix Events in which they told me my queries were genuine to ask considering I had never purchased from them before and they apologised for accusing me of trying to force business on trustpilot.
I do believe and hope this was a once off experience, but the lack of professionalism in the initial email was absolutely appalling. Regardless of the above, I am still considering to purchase tickets from them as they are an offical reseller for Grand Prix tickets but I hope they take my feedback onboard and improve their customer service.

We take customer communication seriously and regret that your initial enquiries were not answered as quickly as they should have been. This is not the standard of service we aim to provide, and we are reviewing our processes to ensure enquiries are handled more promptly.

Great experience with Grand Prix Events Qatar 2025 !
This was the first time for me booking tickets through GP Events for the F1 GP 2025 in Qatar .
It was very straightforward with simple to follow instructions and clear maps and regular notifications and updates in the lead up to the great event ! The app was also very easy to download and navigate with useful info on the schedule although I would’ve appreciated having more info on the after race concert events

good service
unfortunately tickets were sold out on the formule 1 website. luckily i found tickets on the GPE website, at first i was a bit skeptical espescially after i tried to call GPE and they didnt pick up the phone. fortunatly i was called back a couple of minutes after and they answered all my questions. throughout the complete proces there is great e mail communication, and it went exactly how they told me it would be.
100% legit website and good service.

Was a bit hesitant to buy tickets to the F1 from a company I've never used before, but experienced zero issues. Received constant communication through the process and in the months leading up to the F1 events. The company was also very responsive to any queries I raised.

It's slightly daunting sending ££££ to…
It's slightly daunting sending ££££ to a company you might never of heard of before, with no (obvious) links to F1, in what seems like an ever more flooded online market, for an event 6 months in the future. GPE stood out for their reasonable pricing, which didn't seem to take advantage of service fees and exchange rates.
I initially called them to try to judge their authenticity and was obviously convinced enough to buy three tickets for Mx 2025.
Like most (non-vip) tickets these days, they arrive electronically. In this case they came via Ticketmaster. GPE sent out an email a couple of weeks before to explain the process. There was a slight panic because Ticketmaster email you a ticket link for each individual day of the weekend and only the Sat and Sun emails arrived. I contacted GPE and they responded quickly and started to investigate late on a Fri afternoon. As it turned out, the remaining link appeared the next morning but it was reassuring to have GPE looking into it.
I won't hesitate to use GPE again

Initially skeptical as to whether I'd ever see the tickets and when the 2 week widow came got nervous, but a simple email resulted in a response from GPE and the tickets arrived the next day. No issues at the event, didn't need to print them just having them electronically is fine. All in all a great service and decent price compared to others too

The tickets were bought I’d December…
The tickets were bought I’d December and did not appear until six months later; this is far too long for foreign buyers who need to arrange flights and hotels without the comfort of having the tickets in hand. I also did not enjoy having to subscribe and unsubscribe for a ticketing app in order to actually get the tickets.

While tickets are often purchased many months in advance, all F1 circuits only release their official tickets closer to the race date. This means delivery typically takes place 7–10 days before the event, as outlined in our FAQs, and we always notify our clients if there are any anticipated delays.
Regarding the ticketing app, the method of ticket distribution is determined by the organisers of the event and is therefore unfortunately outside of our control. We do appreciate that this can feel inconvenient, and we are always here to provide guidance and support through the process.
