Having joined grand ivy casino within the last week I was a bit hesitant after I made my 1st withdrawal and waited 24 hrs and no money in my bank account.i read the reviews on here and was worried having seen so much negative reports regards withdrawals.i contacted support and was advised the 1st withdrawal can take upto 48 hrs after verification checks and I waited bang on 48 hrs,this was on a Sunday and I wasn't expecting any change and when I messaged len at support he confirmed it would be sorted that day at some point,len was very helpful on both occasions,anyway within another 1.5hrs the money appeared in my bank,I thought I would try again and I managed a small win and I withdrew the funds and the money appeared in my bank account within 2 mins from me withdrawing it,and I have just done exact same thing on a £200 win and again instant transfer,this casino is straight and very very quick to layout,the only other site I know to pay out as quick is paddy Power,I highly recommend this site and customer service is easy to contact and again very helpful especially with my 2 times ive made contact with len.5☆ service from me.

I recently registered with grandivy, I'd verified, withdrawal received, ok I am new at looking at reviews about sites, and the comments do scare you a bit, so scared me, customer support was brilliant, and also have new support site, which I was advised about, and set up security log in was easy, grandivy is a casino, like any casino you lose you win, not just online, but think about casino you can visit in person, never been to one, but they are everywhere, at least the online casinos have our best interest, from losing and winning, from how much time is taken online, they remind you on how long you been gambling, and if needs be, they give you a rest period

Don't believe everything you read, been with this firm for a few years now and come back when nothing seems to be paying. Deposited 40 withdrew 85 (Small i know) and funds were in my account within 12 hours. I like them to be fair.

Sadly I've come to agree with all of the negative reviews here. Grand Ivy Casino was one of the best around. I thoroughly enjoyed the updated games and never ever had issue with withdrawals. Over a course of a couple of years I had great fun, really good wins frequently and no issues at all. I recommended the site to my friends too. Until suddenly they locked my account and said my account was under review.... it's been over two years review now! The date given is recent when I've approached the customer care team to answer me as to why the account was suspended. Sadly they tell lies and are unclear on forward procedure. Like most people here I've never been a sore loser, just enjoy gambling and hate it when you're made to feel like a common criminal. Grand Ivy Casino is sadly a waste of time. I love how they show people winning at the side of the screen; I was one of them once.... they will turn on you too. Trust me. Ps My account was completely verified and safer gambling tools set in place. Please avoid. All fur coat and no knickers.

They won't let me withdraw my money. Thought other people were exaggerating with their reviews but no, this casino is genuinely terrible. Had my account years but rarely played, was given some bonus funds i managed to turn into real money and the casino locked my account when i tried withdrawing it. Plenty of other casinos out there that work properly so forget these guys.

Deposited £200 won £1300 on the live roulette, nearly 10 days ago and have not been paid and no responses to my e-mails. I will be objecting to this companies license for all the good it will do but anyone thinking of joining these scammers think twice, you've been warned.

Do not use just robbing ***** basically, deposited £1000 won £5000 withdrew the money, get an email saying we have closed your account any money left in the account is confiscated, also we have closed your account. I’ve emailed about my pending withdrawal but nothing they just take your money! Should have read the reviews before hand. Absolute disgrace of a company!

Deposit £150 - Gamble with £114 of the deposit

Get locked out of using my funds as i have "hit my monthly loss limit"

This is the first deposit ive made in a year - its physically impossible for me to lose £500 from £114.

Brennon from live chat seemed to think i was lying which was lovely

Would of gave zero stars if possible. This is the worst site ever tried to make a withdrawal but it was rejected as they said it couldn't be paid back onto my card but they were quick enough to take the money from the card to deposit and play. Eventually got my money and swiftly closed my account. Stay away from here.

Signed up to this site and within 12 hours they suspended my account with £200, remaining in it. I could no longer log in!

Basically I sent documents to verify myself within 30 minutes of signing up, one document got verified the other failed so I emailed them the proof of address.

In the meantime I deposited, played and then reached a loss limit with £200 remaining. (You can't withdraw until verified). So I thought I'd leave the withdrawal until verification was fully processed, which was by the following morning confirmed via email 10 hours later....

I then recieve a second email almost immediately....

"We are reviewing and carrying out a few checks on your account and in the meantime have placed a temporary hold on the account. Please allow us 10 business days to get back to you with further information and account status"

Well my account status was now closed.. for at least two weeks..

I used their chat service to try and get a reasonable explanation but none was given. I did however get my £200 after explaining that I wasn't going to wait two weeks.

I play a fair few sites, by far this one is the worst for a suspended account without reason.

Odd & strange from the customer care and service team. No wonder your ratings are poor!!!
