I've lost lots of money in Grand ivy, when I withdrawal 950£ was really happy, but they found problems to send to my bank account, I've send all what they asked,my bank statements pictures of my bank card ,finally they send email that they closed my account, and I still didn't received moneys.never ever recommended to any friends o stars 😢

I sent £20 to the site, went to play a game and it kicked me off. I can no longer get onto the main site to withdraw the money back from the account. I have emailed them twice about this but got no response, including the screenshot of the page to show I cannot access.

Signed up with their bonus and deposited £20 requirement, won over £500. I looked at the wagering requirements to draw out the £500 it's over £900 which straight away I thought was ridiculous. Assuming I lost the money I started doing £10 spins. I ended up winning not far off £1700. So I reached the requirement wager and withdrew £780. A few days later, I got an email saying I was in breach of betting over £5 per spin so I was not entitled to the money and they put my initial £20 deposit back in my account. Do not use this firm, they are straight-up ripping people off.

awful website deposited money to play on there site but upon depositing i changed my mind. and withdrew part of what i put on. to which they won’t withdraw it due to withdrawing before wagering requirements met. which is a massive joke as i took no deposit bonus as none was available to me. i’ve replied to the email its been over a week and several sessions on live chat have all said within 24 hours it will be sorted. All lies avoid this site at all costs

Here is what happened:

I deposited 300gbp. They gave me 120gbp as bonus. I played a couple of games and lost my money which was OK. Suddenly, whilst I was playing with my bonus money, I had a big win.
Something around 700gbp. Then I checked and found out that the wagering requirement was around 1000gbp. I said, all right then, I will try tomorrow.
I played 5 or 6 different games the next day. No win, no bonus etc. They tried everything to not let me complete the wagering req so I wouldnt be able to withdraw. At that point, I was %100 sure that they manipulate everything, deliberatly !!!
Losing 300 was nothing for me. Honestly, by spending that money, I was able to be very sure that I'd never login to grand ivy. There are lots of great online casinos, guys. I keep winning reasonably this one? Never again !!!

Avoid avoid avoid! I wish I had come here to read the reviews first. Will take your money then make all sorts of claims that despite being sent all documents (ID, statements etc.) They cannot verify you and therefore will take money but won't pay out any winnings. My documents were sent in November last year to verify my account. I tried to make a withdrawal on the 9th June and still battling to get it. Chat line useless. Will be reporting the site.

Have been trying to get my withdrawal for over a week now. I have sent everything required and they just send you emails lying saying they haven't received the emails with the proof. Then saying the bank wont let them deposit the withdrawal. All lies of course. Do not use this site, they steal your money then steal the money you win too. I have written to the Gambling Commission to report this site for stealing from the public. They are the worst site online. AVOID AT ALL COST UNLESS YOU WANT RIPPED OFF!

I signed up and deposited £500 played around for bit and until i got bored ended up cashing out just over £1000 took a day or 2 then money was in my account, i cant fault the casino and i would use them again

The response time from live chat is unbelievable you get a response every five minutes after every question you ask also the withdrawal times are unbelievable also been waiting almost 48 hours for them to approve my request of a withdrawal that I made on Sunday 9th of June 2024 at 1:30am then I need to wait another 24 hours to maybe 5 business days for it to go in my bank that’s even if I get the money judgment by the comments section below my hopes are low best sites are Ladbroke and mr q extremely fast withdrawal no if buts and maybes avoid this casino they happily take your money with in 10 sec but when you want to withdrawal best getting comfy as youl be waiting god knows how long for you to revive your money

Terrible. The are very good at taking your money but when it comes to paying out that's another story.

Eventually paid out after around 48hrs so compared to other sites they are a wee bit slow.

Absolutely awful company and customer service. I deposited £2k and then it wouldn't let me play on live casino. Its been over three weeks now and still no response to my emails, and the live chat just say its the technical dept and I just have to wait. It has also been over 2 weeks of me withdrawing the money and they still have not paid me back. I've closed the account and will be writing to the gambling Commission. Disgusting company.

Having reviewed a variety of casinos this has been the worst experience by far. Said casino will take any deposits, then at. A time of their choosing just lock it. They will use ‘failed deposits’ which ends up in much longer times to receive funds, if you can provide more details (that they shouldn’t need as deposit methods should replicate withdrawal methods) Responsible gambling must speak to you on the phone but misses my requested time. When they do ring, it’s for one ring only then hang up. A really bad experience for me and I won’t be recommending to others. Should be able to verify online with document upload etc. avoid is my opinion …

Had a good experience so far two withdrawals on 23/04/2024 1800£ and another on 30/04/2024 1500£, pending transaction on 10/05/2024 for 6000£.

I play on this Sunday I win 2000 in 4 sequence, I withdrawal it, bad point is not fast withdrawal. Good point I recive all 2000 today ( after 24h). I was scared about it after reading reviews about it. This site is ok, if they improve to fast withdrawal gone get be 5 star from me.
