They are not even worth 1 star.

I opened my account and deposited 18/05. The site was so bad I requested a withdrawal the same day.

They emailed me to ask why I wanted to withdraw! I replied and still nothing.

Tried live chat numerous times and constantly being told they'll be in touch. They said all in a withdrawal could take up to 14 days.

They are illegally holding on to my money now.

Avoid at all costs. Utterly blatant scammers.

This is the first time using an online site which is about to scam me for my withdrawal - very concerned and wish to advise people before they sign up.

Started well, deposited funds into account, lost. Same cycle, deposited, lost. You get the picture.

There is one ongoing withdrawal with they are not paying out. On 06 May I withdrew £xxxx amount, waited and waited for up to one week but no email confirmation to inform me that it had been processed. Followed up with various communications via Live Support and Complains email and they advised it will be looked into. Over the coming days and weeks they have advised me again and again that they have processed it - still no email confirmation to prove, as per policy [7.3 Withdrawals]. I've provided my bank statement and they decided to close my account - excluded. W.T.F??

28/05 - They informed me that they require proof that I have not received £xxx payment in bank account. What the hell is going on? There are no telephone numbers to call, all people I communicate to do not take accountability with my complains. I'm left with no option but to submit an online complain to the gambling commission. It's not something I wish to do or feel necessary but my funds are not being paid, and they keep on telling me to be patient as it's been processed. Processed mean nothing to me!

If you don't want the stress or headache I'd recommend DO NOT USE THIS SITE.
Note: this is not a complaint about a gaming issue or losing as they are outsourced - it's how this company is managed and who they deal with complaints. Shocking.

Good site but come on we are in 2022 withdrawals shouldn't take 48 hrs to pend. Not knowing when you'll or if you'll get your winning in that long is awful.

Avoid this site at all costs ! i was okay losing for a few years,never a problem, after i started winning my account was blocked and they wanted bank statements ,P60,and my employers name and address to unblock my account ,endless emails but no joy .............be warned !!!

Shocking experience, average rtp is less than 7% based on regular play by me, we expect to lose but this casino gives you nothing back.
But the worst part is the customer service.. worst I have come across.. told them I’m constantly getting kicked out of games and asked to reload it and they refused to look into.. telling me to carry on gambling and if it happens again to let them know and they might look into it then.. mentioned the low rtp and they said they can’t help with that as they don’t make the games.. so two issues and one was, well it’s nothing to do with us.. and the second one was prove it or we won’t help you.. shocking customer service.. avoid at all costs.

Deposit with instant bank transfer and fund disappeared!
Signed up, completed all verification deposited using instant bank transfer, even connected my bank account via their app. First deposit and the moneys disappeared, contacted live chat and provided them with PDF of payment, they advised give them 24 hours for them to deposit funds. Why on earth is it called an instant bank transfer?

Made a withdrawal on the 31st of feburary still has not landed in my paypal customer service is absolutely useless and when u email they say upto 5 days for PayPal? But do not even care to look into it still here on 4.03 and withdrawal still not there would not trust this site

Absolute disgraceful customer service. I would avoid this site. Despite owing me £200 they are hanging on to my money and coming back with numerous excuses as to why they can not refund my money. I was informed I would receive the money into my bank account within 2 working days. It did not arrive. I was then informed I had to send a copy of my bank statement proving it had not arrived. I did this but thats not good enough.. Now they are saying I need to send a statement copy of my savings account which I hold at Natwest for which I would never of used to receive funds into. They are holding on to my money which is fraud. They won't call me to resolve. I just have endless email conversations going back and forth. If you try to resolve on the chat system they are rude and just inform you to return to contacting by email again

Definitely will never use this site again. Won £500 over a week ago. Received an email to say they need to see a bank statement, sent that in. Then received an email to say my payment had been processed. Day later the payments been held and they need an iban number and a bic number before they can process again!! Never in my life heard anything like it!! Shocking experience with them.

I’ve been a member of Grand Ivy for a number of years and deposited ocassionally during that time.

I tried to withdraw a small amount of money recently and they suddenly aren’t happy with my two payment methods and need more information before they will let me withdraw. It’s funny as they were always very happy with the information surrounding my payment method when money was going into their account.

Suddenly asking for more information now when they could’ve asked at any point over the previous years is in violation of legislation. They are breaking the terms of their license. And when I pointed this out and asked them to just refund one of my original payment methods, what did they do?

They ignored all subsequent emails and blocked me from my account with no explanation.

Very unprofessional and dishonest.
