Continued great service from the team at Grandisson. Time keeping first rate and costs very competitive. Used for a number of years now and wouldn’t consider anyone else for my gas fire and boiler maintenance.

Grandisson provide consistently good service. They have been servicing my gas fire annually since its installation about 25 years ago.
They are excellent communicators, business like combined with cheerfulness.
I am always provided with dates times and costs so I know what to expect. Communication is their strong suit, I cannot fault them.

Overall choosing and installing new gas fire was a good experience. All carried out efficiently and on time. Unfortunately there is a crystallisation mark in the middle of the surround. Mark was very patient explaining how this happened. Ideally I would have liked this information before I made my choice. Overall I am pleased and the fire is very efficient!!

This is the best Fireplace centre we have ever seen. The guys were very experienced and extremely helpful. No need to go anywhere else , it has everything.
