Grand Design Blinds Omdömen

The guys on site we really thorough, knowledgeable and the installation was neat, tidy and done very quickly.

The whole process of ordering and installing our blinds was seamless. The team were incredibly patient and supportive and Adam was extremely knowledgeable when measuring up which helped us make our final decisions. Adam also installed the blinds along with Matt. They were a pleasure to have in our home, very efficient, courteous and tidy. We were so pleased with the service we have ordered more blinds!!

Don't look any further. Grand Design Blinds is what you were looking for for your Apex and weird shaped windows!
From the very beginning the whole Team has been very helpful and supportive, Nick and Claire to organise the work, suggesting good options, managing the process. Never being pushy selling their products. They tried hard to meet my dates, very responsive on emails, always kind and polite.
Adam visited for the first survey and installation, he is simply the most patient person ever! Competent and qualified. On the day of the installation he came accompanied by Mat, who has also proven himself to be very professional yet patient as well. These two guys are simply the best!
Overall, despite these blinds are expensive, Grand Design Blinds deserves every penny. On the day of the installation it was possibly one of the hottest day of the summer in London, Adam and Mat stayed until late to complete the work and allowing the time to clean, they left my house in pristine condition.
Thank you SO much Nick, Claire, Adam and Mat for your politeness and efficiency! You are such a great Team indeed!
Last but not least....the blinds look amazing and already received loads of compliments for them!!

Very professional service. Would highly recommend.

Excellent service, excellent installation from Adam. No pressure from the team to sell, we went back and forth with them over a period of time until we were ready. the solution was exactly what we were after and they kept us informed throughout on delivery times and installation dates. Would highly recommend their blind solutions.

Great service - really knowledge team who came up with a great option for a tricky gable end window which wasn't symmetrical!!!
The end product looks fantastic and doesnt impact the space at all - we are so pleased with them.

Wonderful fitting service too - would recommend both the product, service and overall experience.

I spent a lot of time looking for a company that could supply shaped blinds for our gable window. From my first e mail communication with Clare, through the advice and guidance from Nick and surveyor and fitter Adam, I cannot fault the exceptional service that they have provided.
At the site survey Adam carefully explained all the options available to us. He returned today to fit the blinds with his colleague and I am delighted with the result! He dealt with a potentially tricky situation regarding the electrics and couldn't have been more helpful.
Never has the phrase "you get what you pay for" been more appropriate. Top notch company who know their product inside and out. Thoroughly recommend Nick and his team.

These guys are specialists in unusually shaped blinds. From my initial enquiry through to site visits and installation, I felt like I was in the hands of experts in their field. Nick was very helpful in guiding me through the different options for covering a large gable end window. Shaped, automated blinds are far from cheap but if you are going to go down that route, Grand Design blinds offer a professional service and lovely end result. At the end fo the day you get what you pay for as with most things. Can highly recommend.

We spent a long time looking for someone to fit blinds into our odd shaped windows but no one could offer a solution.
On my first call to Nick, he said that he had been told this many times before and he had always found a solution. He did find a solution and their fitter, Adam spent time planning and sketching everything in detail. Clare was a great support contact and kept us up to date with proposed dates. She made sure that they were manufactured when they said they would be and that they were expertly fitted by Adam who was polite, courteous and very skilled in design and fit. We are very happy with the result and service and would recommend them for any blinds in the home.

From Nick's assistance with the design to Adam's meticulous installation, including the quality of the finished product and the clear communication throughout the project, GDB was excellent in every respect. Highly recommended.

Excellent experience with Nick, Claire and Adam who fitted our blinds.
Very courteous, professional and tidy and we couldn’t be more pleased with the blinds.
They are not a cheap product but quality rarely is.
Would highly recommend if you are looking for top-end blinds.

Tom and Adam at Grand Designs were a pleasure to work with. They provided a first class bespoke solution to our gable end windows, with which we are very pleased. The blinds provide the wow factor to supplement the window perfectly. The service was very professional and high standard in all aspects.

From the intial quote to final installation I cannot fault GDB. Prompt, polite, professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again.

Our blind is a fabulous bespoke product. I'm absolutely delighted. Thank you!

Excellent service during difficult covid times from initial email contact and updates from the office to the exceptional effort made by Nick the designer and in particular Adam the fitter to ensure the fabulous blinds were truly bespoke and fitted correctly. More than happy to recommend.

Grand design blinds provided an excellent service. The quality of the blinds are fantastic and sit so discretely in our kitchen. I would highly recommend using them for any blinds projects.

I would like to thank Grand Design Blinds for an excellent job, from the very first meeting they knew exactly what we wanted.
The Design was perfect for our contemporary house, which has some large triangle shaped windows.
The fitting was expertly carried out by Adam and Josh who couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful.

Ours was a long running project and Nick stuck with us until we were ready to get things underway. Very useful at findzing solutions for trick situations. On site, we had a bumpy start with a few hiccups.. not helped by COVID-19, but Nick, Adam and the team came back strong and didn’t leave until everything was 100%.

Good communication. Comprehensive site survey ahead of fitting and they were exactly what I expected them to be when installed. I wasn't on site on fitting day but Adam who was doing the fitting sent me videos and pictures via Whatsapp when he needed me to answer questions. Expensive, but having carried out a bit of research it was the only practical solution for covering a challenging gabled window.

I would like to thank Grand Designs Blinds for an excellent job! Despite the previous 4 failed attempts by other companies to provide a solution, your team have delivered.
We are delighted with our blinds and cannot praise Adam enough for his care and attention to detail throughout the process. You have been a pleasure to work with.
Thank you all again for a 5 star job!

Adam was excellent- both technically and personally
Thank you the blind looks amazing
