I have no idea why the bad reviews on here.Mine is 5 stars! Purchased a dishwasher from Grand App. and it was delivered 2 days earlier than promised. Installer Joe had it installed professionally without a hitch. Even get a $50 rebate after delivery. Paid a little extra for 5 yr warranty but if you don't use it we get 1/2 credit on a new dishwasher warranty down the road. I had no problems with the establishment nor their delivery folks and their installation is top notch! Grand Appliance is our new "go to" appliance store!
Worst, Most Dishonest Company Ever!
Trying to do my part and “Shop Locally Owned Businesses” but this company Should Be Avoided! I purchased a New GE Washer & Dryer in July/Aug 2022 and these people and there Installation Team caused $15.000+ in damage to my home during the delivery and installation(S). AND they refused to take ANY responsibility for the damage caused in our 2nd Floor Laundry Room and kitchenette area directly below it on the first floor. They sent an installation person out to troubleshoot and he said “everything is connected properly.” Then, I called the manufacturer (GE) and they came out and said the issue wasn’t with the unit but likely internal and caused possibly during installation of the new units. My plumber eventually confirmed this because Grand Appliance refused to assist further. Prior to this purchase and install we had experience NO ISSUES with Leaks. ZERO! Their install team “installed and uninstalled” (moved) the units 6 times, violently shifting the drain tray in which the units were placed and are connected to a floor drain. This jostling severed the floor drain causing sever flooding. My plumber confirmed the root cause and ultimately made the repair. SURELY, the Grand Appliance Installation Team of Professionals have installed MANY units that sat in drain trays and SHOULD KNOW that they are connected to A Floor Drain! The company has disavowed any liability. I won’t do local anymore. I’m spending my hard earned dollars with the Big Box Stores from now own. Truly, Truly, Shady!!

Our buying experience in store was superb. We didn't feel pressured, and staff was available when we were ready to decide. Easy financing and quick delivery.
However, their delivery service is very poor. The men didn't seem to know what they were doing and did as little as possible. They were not even lifting properly even wanting to give up twice as was a difficult positioning item., They spoke Spanish to each other, and I felt this very disrespectable. I know I was being talked about. I wasn't shown any set up and they didn't even remove the paperwork from inside and give it to me. Would of been frozen inside had i not asked for it. There was damage to freezer, I was told max refund was 100. doesn't seem enough for a almost 1000.00 item. some touch of paint added would of been nice as well..
Incredible bargain
The website needs a major overhaul to make it easier to browse the stock, but I really don't have any complaints about the product! Bought a Samsung TV at a great price, and it's just as good as buying from a big name store.

We purchased a microwave and were happy that there was what we wanted in stock. Other appliance stores we checked did not have anything in stock. With that good experience we went back a few months later when out LG washer only 6 years old died. We felt the sales person was knowledgeable about the washers. We chose to go with a commercial grade GE. I am sorry we did not know how loud it is and that it seems to have balance issues. So disappointed that we are stuck with this washer as Grand Appliance, unlike other appliance stores in our area, DOES NOT HAVE A SATISFACTION GUARANTEE! We had no way to know this wash was so loud or that the spin cycle does not do a a good job as the laundry is still pretty wet when done. I sure wish I had done better research on Grand Appliance's reviews, warranties and verified the sales person's information better. I would do your research if you buy from this store because once installed it is yours unless you can prove a factory defect. 3 stars is maybe more that they deserve regarding information and satisfaction issues.
Buyers beware
I’ve bought a kitchen package and had it installed and old appliances taken away , which I paid extra for …they brought my new appliances and didn’t install my new fridge or haul away the old one …they installed a over the stove microwave and didn’t hook up the vent properly and not I have grease in my cabinet…I’ve called twice and no response I’ve even used that text chat on website and no response…what I have to go back to the store for Matt to respond to me …the only good thing about them was the price
