This family firm gave me fantastic service
I needed an all terrain, reliable mobility scooter for my garden. G had a wide range of scooters for sale plus the knowledge to advise me impartially. I paid for delivery and 'Rosie' arrived promptly. The scooter was immaculate and I've used it without incident since May,2023.

Pup tested
Got my all terrain scooter to walk my new pup. At a top speed of 8mph she still dragging us along. Handles the Calderdale roads/pavement with ease (cobbles, poorly maintained paths/roads).
Customer service excellent. Delivered and tested before final purchase and reassured that I could contact them if the were any other questions/help they could give. Very happy.

Great service and support with our new Cabin Car
Thanks so much for helping us and advising us. You have been really great! The Cabin Car has proven to be a great success for my dad and has given him a new lease of life after losing his driving licence.

Just purchased two mobility scooters…
I have purchased two mobility scooters of Grajmax. I was delighted with the service I received, prompt responses, lots of patience and plenty if time to answer all of my questions. The scooters are in perfect condition, delivered exactly when promised, and fully charged ready to use. The scooters were an excellent price, and the service was great. I received an invoice and instruction manuals. I highly recommend this family run business. Great products and lovely service.

I bought a scooter from them with no invoice just a text was not happy with the transaction and tried to cancel had a job doing it docked me 100 pounds and refunded me the 3rd day saying I did not follow the terms and conditions bad people to do business with seems by providing no paperwork can avoid tax

Thank you for your review. Customer purchased scooter online (ordered number provided) paid by credit card. Same day change mind several times and wanted to cancel at the end of the day. As per terms and conditions fee applied.
Fee disputed with bank but after investigating bank decided in our favour hence negative feedback provided.
