**DO NOT BUY FROM THEM !**

I purchased a lyric video from Grafikbox on December 26, 2025. The video was delivered on December 28th, but it contained a significant error—an entire sentence of my song's lyrics was missing.

Since then, I have sent nearly ten messages to have this corrected. I received an initial reply from Alejandro, who promised to resolve the issue, but no corrected video has been provided.

My last communication was on January 8, 2026, and I have received no further updates.

On the 12th January I wrote requesting a refund and no response.

While they were quick to accept payment, they have failed entirely to fix an error that was their responsibility. I am still waiting for the product I paid for. Todays date is Friday 16th January 2026.

I paid for promo video an cover but i don’t have any response yet and it’s been almost 3 days now i sent a mail but they never answer me i lost 141 euro with this i think they are scammers

I really like the product itself—it looks great and feels high quality. However, the customer service experience hasn’t matched the same standard. It’s been 3 days since I placed my order, and the promised 24-hour processing window has already passed with no update. That kind of delay is frustrating, especially when it's not communicated. Hoping things improve, because the brand has potential.

Never use it! Scammers. 24h delivery, yeah.. waiting 3 days already. No one is replying. Motion covers are generated by using AI.

J’étais un client régulier de Grafikbox pour mes covers, mais il semble que leur manière de travailler ait changé dernièrement…
Ma dernière commande m’a franchement déçu : j’ai payé un supplément pour l’option Motion Design, pensant obtenir un vrai travail créatif. À la place, j’ai reçu une simple vidéo manifestement générée par une IA.

C’est d’autant plus décevant que Grafikbox met en avant le travail humain comme argument principal sur leur site. Je trouve cela trompeur et regrettable, surtout venant d’un service auquel j’avais accordé ma confiance à plusieurs reprises.

I ordered my cover on 5/17 its 5/20 and I still haven't received it. I contacted support several times and left messages on their sight. No one has responded and i still cant release my single. I am starting to think I've been scammed!!!!!!!!!!

Now, why would somebody pay for something that they can take a screenshot of? Why would you send me the same picture without it being edited talking about? I didn’t edit it that that’s retarded. These people are bad scammers and if I was you, I hope to God you do not buy anything from these people.

Dont use their services, communication is non-existent. I even tipped the artists but received nothing but a blurry product. Elite package = trash

I was charged for promo video's and when I contacted the company about not wanting that option I never got contacted back and still haven't received any News about the promo video's or received them I feel robbed and no longer feel comfortable using your website or company

I never received what I ordered. First there was I was sent a blank template without paid template. Then I received edited templates with misspelled word. Then I did not receive any other correspondence.
Still not resolved

I love the creativity of all arts, you can get some 20/10 looking art for your songs fast and easy. Keep going guys 💪🏻 appreciate your work

Very good idea but the website is not working too often. bought 2 covers and had problems with the buying-process 2 times.

Use a different company. Expensive for a below average product.

I think the price is very good and also i wanted to edit a cover, which was done very quick. No negative experience. Top work!!!
