Graeyna is a UK software studio based in Leeds. We design, build and look after custom software, websites and mobile apps for businesses that need something built properly - and we run our own products too, so we know what software has to survive after launch. We work differently to most agencies, and we put it in writing. You deal directly with the engineers building your work, not an account manager. You get a fixed quote against a written scope, and if the scope changes, we re-quote in the open. When your project is done, you own everything - the code, the design, the data. No lock-in contracts, no exit fees, and if off-the-shelf software would serve you better than a custom build, we will tell you so. Our work includes client platforms in daily business use and our own apps live on the App Store and Google Play. Support is honest too: we are a small senior team, not a 24/7 call centre, and we say so - what you get instead is a named engineer who actually knows your system, replying within a working day. The technology and innovation used are truly impressive. What stood out to me the most is Modern ERA's fresh, digital-first approach to website development, which goes beyond traditional website design. The website is fast, modern, and user-friendly.

Another major highlight is their prompt and reliable technical support, with quick responses to any queries or issues. Overall, it's one of the best places for anyone looking for creative, out-of-the-box digital solutions.

Excellent Service!!

Excellent experience from start to finish. The team is highly skilled, professional, responsive and very accommodating. They provide high-quality web and app development solutions at a competitive and reasonable price. Communication was clear and consistent throughout the entire process, and they took the time to understand our requirements and were always willing to make adjustments whenever needed. What impressed me most was their flexibility, attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction. They were approachable, supportive and ensured everything was handled smoothly from beginning to end. I’m extremely pleased with the quality of their work and the overall service provided.
