I have used Graduation Outlet on many occasions over the years for different colleges. They are always very quick to respond with orders. The quality of their product is excellent and very affordable.

I ordered the Doctoral package and the color hood required was not available and would not be available by graduation. That was ok..I guess. What is not acceptable is that I was sent a high school or bachelor's degree cap and not a doctoral tam. I worked hard for this achievement and will not have everything necessary to walk for my graduation correctly.

I appreciate your response, but my review accurately reflects my experience. If negative stars were an option, I would have given them. Who sells a doctoral package with a standard high school cap? That is misleading at best.

Furthermore, I was already forced to settle for colors that were not what I originally ordered after being informed—post-payment—that my selection was out of stock. That was disappointing, but now receiving a package that does not align with the level of regalia expected for a doctoral purchase only compounds the issue.

Whether you are a small business or not, adjustments could and should be made to prevent such issues. Transparency in listing what is included, clear distinctions in product descriptions, and proactive communication before processing orders with unavailable items would go a long way in avoiding these situations.
