The customer service is really good, prompt, fast and really helpful. Recently bought a dell xps laptop and it was really good, but lack of ports had to return it and it was hassle free in doing so.

Purchased a tower PC from them, ordering was very easy and pricing very acceptable. Received the item free next day delivery, it was packed in original box which was inside a larger box for protection. Item which was a grade B was in very good condition, some slight marks which you would expect but no physical damage. Inside was very clean, no dust, looked like as new and item powered up and works as it should. Thank you Grade A Technology for a nice piece of equipment. Regards David

I received a great product from Grade A…
I received a great product from Grade A Technology. A refurbished Macbook Pro with no scratches and a great battery. It looks brand new instead of 4 years old. I'm loving it.
I had a very bad experience with another refurbisher previously so it's important to find one you trust. Grade A seems to really take pride in their craft and I would not hesitate to use them again!!!
