Jack helped me with answers to my questions, knowledgeably. He said he’d throw in a mouse too! I was slightly mis-led by the delivery timeframe so the laptop arrived a little later than hoped. Mark reassured me that a power lead was included in the order. All in all, great product - grade B ‘good’ refurbished laptop - and personable and professional telephone advice. Excellent service and quality
I ordered a grade A refurbished Samsung monitor, delivery was quick and the order arrived after a couple of days.
Quality of the monitor is phenomenal, it could pass for brand new and still had the clear plastic on to peel off. Came with all original cables and paperwork still in original packaging.

At last a Company that treats customers with respect
Bought a television online, very decent price, delivery was free by one of their own delivery drivers, received telephone call an hour before delivery stating they would be delivering within the hour. Guy turned up was polite and friendly, even offered to carry the television into the house. Television works perfectly, no complaints at all. Why can't all companies act in this professional manner?
