Before reaching out to Gradcoach I was lost on my dissertation, very little assistance from my supervisor left me feeling alone. I started working with Kerryn and my first meeting set my mind at ease and gave me exactly what I needed, a coach to work with me through the process!! Submitting content for review gave me the feedback and confidence needed to be able to not only complete my dissertation but gain the pass mark I had been looking to achieve.

Kerryn, has been terrific. She has a solid handle on statistics geared for dissertations and or capstones. I would recommend her again and again. She teaches you the material and assists in walking through the material so that you feel comfortable. She also provides resources to refer to and learn from. Very helpful in the process.

I came across Ethar at a point in my dissertation where I had given up, but he rekindled my hope and made me believe again! I couldn't have done it without Ethar's support and for this I am very grateful.

We completed all the tasks I needed to complete and added some finishing touches to my thesis.

The practicality and honesty of your presentations. For instance, it was the first time I had heard someone say I should come to a point where I stop or minimize reading and focus on writing. I just didn't know when to stop, and I was overwhelmed, stressed, and frustrated.

The coach(Al Saraf) has excellent knowledge of research methods and they have easy guides/templates that I found very useful. They make the research doable.

I have used the templates to help me organise what needs to go in each chapter of a Masters thesis. They are a useful guide.
