Again I wish I’d seen these reviews before ordering. Coat very poor quality, looks nothing like pictured. I also didn’t realise the company was based in China. Returning item would cost me half what I paid for it.

GRACE AURA…Absolutely do not buy from this website. I realised too late they are based in China. Coat nothing like the picture and currently in a battle to get a refund despite returning the coat. Returned via tracking and has been delivered to them but they are claiming not to have received it, so they have the coat and my money. Fuming!
On investigating, they are operating under other different names/websites so beware before ordering, check fully first, especially if there are no actual contact details, just email!
As a side, I didn’t even want to give one star but won’t let me proceed with review. A zero rating is what this fake company deserves.

One of the Worst Companies I’ve Ever Bought From

My experience with Grace Aura has been nothing short of frustrating. After purchasing from them, I quickly realized their customer service is abysmal. Despite reaching out multiple times (eight emails in total), they were incredibly reluctant to provide a return address. It took relentless effort on my part to finally get the information I needed.

Instead of addressing my issue promptly, they bombarded me with discounts and offers, seemingly to avoid processing my return. This approach feels manipulative and dismissive of genuine customer concerns.

I would strongly caution anyone considering buying from this company. Poor service, terrible communication, and a complete lack of accountability. Never again!

Complete Scam!! Beware
Ordered a coat, nothing like the photo. Poor quality, will not refund, offered 15% discount to keep it. Asking for photo, will not send return address.
Do not buy from this site.

Awful company. Based in China so you have to pay to return goods there. Totally dishonest. Pictures look nothing like the products. In the ad the boots looked like Clarks quality. In reality they are cheap and tacky. As other reviews have stated they offer you 15% or 20% refund. Horrible company, horrible products. Don't waste your money.

Product does not match the item description. Looks shoddy with cheap materials. Customer Service acts as their defence line. They do not answer direct questions but quote from a script to delay any progress. They seem to be using robots. Our purchase will go to a charity shop hoping they can gain something.
Advice is to buy from UK, Europe or U.S.A. to avoid problems.

Emailing the company trying to get refund, kept getting offered 20% back then 25% back, said I want a full refund on the 2 coats I bought, now they are ignoring me!!! 😡😠😡😠

Avoid avoid!! I’m in a battle trying to return a coat I paid £62 for that’s awful material. Like others they keep offering partial refund and discount codes. I would not use!! Hope this helps someone to avoid getting scammed

Really wished it had seen this feedback before I bought. Currently in an email battle trying to get a refund on an item that was nothing like advertised. Keep offering 25%, 40% off next order. Will never order from them again.

Cheap clothes. Bad quality. Bad customer service. Dissapear when you need to return items and ask for a refund. I have sent over 20 emails asking for a return address so I can post back the item for a full refund. I have had no response keeping in mind that I only have 14 days to return the item

I would advise anyone thinking of buying from this company not to do so. THEY ARE A FRAUD .

The clothes look really nice in the pictures but when they arrive, they are cheap and not like the pictures at all. Rags and unwearable.

I will be reporting this business to my credit card company and also to any other agency that deals with incorrect advertising and false advertising.

PLEASE TAKE HEED . Not a legitimate business.

Returns are expensive £30+ half the price of the item not worth it. Won't be purchasing again

Ordered a coat which was expensive took nearly 3 weeks to come when came was like a rag thin material not even lined.Waiting to send back,which i have to pay for,when they decide to reply :(
