Grace Removals Group - Perth Omdömen

A highly professional service from the initial quote to long term storage to final delivery. Couldn’t recommend Grace Removals more highly.

Grace has truly exceeded our expectations at every step of the process. From the initial interaction with the salesperson to the furniture pickups and communication during delivery, their service has been exceptional. We've entrusted them with our moves from Perth to Melbourne and back, and they have consistently delivered outstanding service.

What sets Grace apart is their attention to detail. They not only handled the transportation but also efficiently packed and collected our boxes once we finished unpacking smaller items like clothing and kitchenware.

Their comprehensive insurance options provided us with peace of mind throughout the process. While, on one occasion, some of our furniture suffered transit damage (which can happen), we were impressed by their swift acknowledgment of the issue. They promptly assigned a representative to guide us through the insurance process, ensuring we received a replacement for the damaged item.

One standout feature of Grace is their excellent communication. Their team members consistently kept us informed, a quality that my wife and I truly valued.

In sum, we have had an outstanding experience with Grace and wholeheartedly recommend their services to anyone in need of a reliable moving and relocation company

Great experience - on time, courteous and friendly on both ends. Excellent

Couldn't have had a better experience. Everyone I dealt with was so friendly and professional. Pick up and delivery happened exactly when advised. Delivery of 2nd hand boxes beforehand and offer of collection of those after was definitely not something I expected. Everything arrived undamaged, even stuff I probably could have packaged better. One very happy customer. 😀

Excellent service 11/10 rating. I would recommend them for efficient and polite service.

Made easy!
Everyone was extremely helpful to deal with and flexible
And the removalist nothing but respect for my belongings

Everyone was friendly and strive to help in difficult situations.

They never lost patience.

I appreciated everyone's input to make my move from WA to Victoria as smooth as possible.

Everyone was very efficient and reliable. They made my move so much easier.

Grace removals, are a top notch company for your move. They are supportive, friendly and professional. I have used them 3 times now and would recommend them over any other company

The service was first class form quote, prepack to pick up and delivery. The team went out of their way to help me on a very cold and wet day ensuring everything was kept dry from the elements.

Excellent professional service. From original quote to pick up and delivery, the way they pack electronics and furniture, etc. Good work team Grace.

We used Grace for our 6th interstate move, WA to Tas. By far the best service, team at both ends friendly and polite, excellent packing and unpacking with no lost or broken items or any damage what so ever.

From pickup to delivery everything was perfect, professional, smooth without any issues. Great price as compare to other removal companies. I would highly recommende grace removals.

Communicated clearly through email to us each step
of clearing our goods. Provided very good service through their staff. Excellent service from their couriers
during transporting and delivering of our goods.

The whole experience from quote, packing, pick-up to delivery was a smooth and stress free experience.
We couldn't have asked for more.

The Australian crew have been really great to deal with, Damien C and Kurtis C were fast, friendly and super helpful in delivering and unpacking our belongings.
A completely different experience compared to your crown counterparts in NZ.

We moved from Brisbane to Perth, totally recommend you have them do packing / unpacking, removed most of the stress that we would otherwise had endured, Brendon (“Oz-pro”) was great and the team in Perth (James, Angus and Nial) where top rate, thanks team 👍🏽

Have used Grace a number of times and they are always on time, efficient and show great care.

Excellent service from the initial consultation with Dan followed by true professionalism when loading our furniture and boxes into the containers all the way to the delivery of our gear which arrived with no issues. Would definitely utilise the services of Grace again and highly recommended them.
Thanks
