Grace Removals Group - Melbourne Omdömen

I could not have wished for a better service. Every person I spoke to went out of their way to help. The support, understanding and help with the move was completely professional and completely compassionate. I am so grateful to all the staff who assisted in this distressing and challenging move. Thank you.

I would give Grace 10 stars.....

Such a punctual, efficient and friendly staff. The packer arrived at 7.30 am sharp and pack my whole house alone in 5 hours. The uplifting guys arrived with the container and uplifted the house in 2 hours. Not a single small dent in house or furniture.

It cannot be any smoother.....amazing job and efforts

The customer service was very responsive and the pricing was clear. I only needed to move a few boxes and everything was delivered to Hong Kong quickly. Very satisfied with the experience!

The company lost a box of my items, their drivers were rude to me when delivering the boxes, scratched one of my items of furniture, and when I reported that a box was missing Grace removals did not seem to care and didn’t bother following up either

Well organised from start to finish. Never kept "hanging" on the phone when I had a query. Whole process very straightforward and went smoothly. Admin and moving persons always welcoming, friendly, respectful. Would certainly engage for another move

This is the second time we have used Grace for our office relocation and make good. Robin and his team were excellent to deal with in preparation and on the days of the move and work.

We were really pleased with the service from Grace Removals. The team was efficient, professional, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. Would happily recommend to any business needing help with office relocations and end-of-lease requirements.

Moving from Australia to the UK was a daunting experience for me as a single 60+ female. However, Grace removals made it easy. All the people involved from sales consultant to removalists were polite, friendly and understanding.

Very competent and professional removalists. I would definitely recommend them.

Rightside Legal had to do an office relocation In Melbourne CBD, and we went to Grace. We were not disappointed.
Damian and his crew provided a first-class end to end service, from packing to unpacking, computer set up, old office cleaning and repainting.
Nothing too much trouble and everything as promised.

Thank you GRACE removal
My relocation went smoothly and I’m at peace finally, thank you for that!
My possessions were delivered from Australia to Europe without any problems whatsoever 🙂
Everything I have considered complicated, turns out you handled it well and with grace!🙏

The initial contact with the sales representative was positive with good communication throughout the process informing us of all pick up and delivery times. The guys who undertook the removals were excellent - making sure that our items were safely transported and delivered to our new home. Thank you.

Michael di Carlo and his team - Shane, Dipak, Stuey - went over and above to get my 109 items packed and collected within one week of making the booking. Truly exceptional service. I have moved multiple times internationally over decades and this has been the smootest most professional team I have ever worked with.
