Grace Removals Group - Brisbane Omdömen

The movers were punctual, polite, and there were no issues with any of the items moved. Thank you for a seamless transition between our offices it really makes things easier for our staff.

Our recent uplift/relocation works went extremely well. The team just got on with the work despite the building difficulties, and made it happen on short notice too. The whole process was quick and seamless, we look forward to working with Grace again in the future 😊

Highly recommend this company. Had a very slight hiccup at the start, but this was sorted in a prompt matter thanks to Jazmine. Dylan and his crew were absolutely fantastic and did everything in a professional manner and handled everything with care. Special thanks again to Jazmine, Ryan, Mark, Dylan and his crew. Thanks

The team turned up on time, needed very little supervision. Before leaving premises made sure we did a walk through for any items missed. At the end where furniture is being stored, they stacked everything ensuring plenty of room to move ensuring easy access for our future projects to choose the furniture they need.

Extremely happy with service provide from start to finish. The packers and removals teams were fast and efficient and made the move so much easier. Would highly recommend Grace to anyone who is thinking of moving

We had a wonderful moving experience with the team, and I can’t express how much we appreciated their professionalism, efficiency, and accommodating nature. Their attention to detail, care with our belongings for the move, and overall positive attitude made what can often be a stressful process feel smooth and seamless. It was clear they take great pride in their work, and it absolutely showed throughout the entire move. Shout to Jazmine and the team for the terrific support and for helping us with this exciting step towards transitioning to a new office space!

The Team that helped move us into our new office workspace were excellent. They were extremely helpful and very professional. The boys mde our move so much easier.

Very happy with handling of my goods and communication with pick up and drop up. Will use again if move town.

Communication was excellent and accurate through the whole process of our move. All went to plan on time and delivered to budget. Supervisor Ryan in which I was dealing with was a pleasure to work with. Always responded to my calls within an acceptable time frame.

The Grace team who looked after our office move were absolutely fantastic! They were so friendly and professional and no job was too hard, they really went over and beyond our expectations!

Relocation Crews – AMAZING!
All of the teams from today 17/04/2025 and last month on 27-28/03/2025 were amazing, they were polite, friendly and very professional (absolute geniuses at playing Tetris!)
They were informative and helpful with anything we asked a real asset to your company!
would i recommend them ABSOLUTELY!

The overall experience was very good. The removalist guys were particularly friendly and nothing was a trouble to them

Great work from the team, super-efficient and perfectly assembled the computers!

Highly recommended and would use Grace Removals again.

Lovely guys, very polite and helpful.

The supervisor for the job and the other staff were so lovely - they were polite, professional and couldnt do enough for us - would certainly use again if I require removal service.

The team did an incredible job on our project.

Easy to deal with during the negotiation and booking phases. Staff that showed up to do the move where fantastic to deal with and dealt with everything quickly and easily. A few late additions of furniture/equipment to the move was handled without question. The guys were even willing to help with other items if we wanted them to.

The team were great, and really helpful. They packed everything up so quickly and efficiently and unpacked it the same. They were friendly and great to work with.

Had a great experience with the Grace crew moving our DTF printers to the new location.

It wasn’t an easy job — tight space and the printers had to go upstairs. DTF printers are delicate, so care was absolutely critical. The crew handled it with precision and professionalism.

They went above and beyond, and I’ll definitely be using Grace Solutions again for future moves.
5-star experience from me.
