Interactive exercises and discussions
Scrum isn't a complex subject, but there are a lot of nuances to it. Alongside the structural changes that you have to accept for a successful adoption of Scrum, having the information delivered with different approaches and repeated was extremely helpful. While a class feels like more of a waterfall scenario, I liked seeing the burndown chart in action. I would say that the person delivering the coursework was a little wooden (honestly I didn't notice it myself until it was pointed out by other members of the group), but it was clear she was an expert in her field and willing to put the time in to make sure the class understood the subject matter. The only reason I gave 4 stars was that there was a lot of direct lecture: the delivery of that part is extremely important to the course but it was the part that was hardest to pay attention to.

The class itself was fine
The class itself was fine. I had a hard time understanding the instructor. Many times, she spoke really fast and with the accent it was hard to understand. On the second day other participates asked her if she could speak more slowly as well. I turned on the Close Captions in order to be able to follow along.

Great for software development teams & more
I recently completed the Certified ScrumMaster class taught by Bonsy Yelsangi through GrabAgile, and it exceeded my expectations.
The class was well-structured, moving logically from Agile and Scrum theory into hands-on application. What really set the class apart was how interactive it was: frequent group exercises kept the two days engaging and made the material stick far better than a lecture-only format would have.
I walked away feeling genuinely prepared for the CSM exam and passed it with confidence.
