If I could give them no stars I would.
They offered me £116 for my phone so I sent it across once they had sent the packaging. They then sent an email offering to pay £25 which is no where near the start price. My phone was in good condition like selected. I then replied to the email and said that I would like my phone back as £25 was not enough, to them replying saying I have spoken to my manger an the highest we can offer you is £45. To which I replied asking for my phone back as I wasn’t happy with the money they were offering me. This was back in JANUARY ITS IS NOW THE END OF SEPTEMBER WHERE ON EARTH IS MY PHONE!!!!!!! I have emailed them multiple times kindly asking for my phone back but I get no replies. So disappointing! I just want my property back now!!!!! Don’t make the same mistake as me and send your phone to this company take it to your local shop that way you know it won’t be stolen.

I bought a smartphone through 'refurbed' which broke down within the warranty period. The seller hasn't responded to any inquiries for a month, neither from me nor from refurbed. A complete scam.

AVOID!! Got the quote online for my phone and even though my phone was in perfect working order, I had to select the ‘broken’ category as there is a small chip to the screen which has caused an LCD bleed in the screen. (I did this about a week after getting the phone 2 years ago and it doesn’t affect the use at all) but there was nowhere to write exactly what was wrong with my phone, I just selected ‘broken’ and they offered me £105. They received my phone and said because of the bleed they would only be able to offer me £28. I obviously rejected this offer straight away as the phone worked perfectly!! Someone got in touch and changed the offer to £43 or just like that, which I also rejected and then my phone was sent back to me and my phone no longer works! (a local tech company said the motherboard is damaged)… very disappointed, really wish I hadn’t ever sent my phone off to them. If I was you I’d go into a local shop who buy old phones instead.

I sent my old handset off to them and then received an email to say it had been stolen from the packaging in transit. They then said they wouldn’t be able to pay me the full amount because their insurance wouldn’t cover it. They asked for proof of purchase to make the payment, which I sent, and I still haven’t heard anything for around 3 months. They aren’t replying to my emails, and both phone numbers online do not connect - I would avoid.

Never answer my emails, Royal Mail say the have received it. But no email back tried to call and they never answer.

I will leave a review everyday until I’m answered.

After deciding not to buy my phone they returned it to me via a courier who left it outside my flat whilst I was out. It was stolen and Gr8 Mobile are now ignoring my emails and letters asking them to challenge the courier and pay me insurance.

Terrible customer service been waiting more than an hour and half on two occasions for there still to be no answer. They cancelled my partners order after it was sent out yet the device has been restored but I have had no confirmation of them receiving it or any payment.

I sent my phone - end of May here to get checked out and to receive a valuation. I received an email from Back Market to say phone received and then The Post Office have just sent me back my phone - ADDRESSE GONE AWAY, I have phoned them this morning to see if they are still there, the phones are ringing out.

I was trying to sell my iPhone 14 pro max 1 terabyte
and I got offered £1 what kind of joke is this

Sent my phone off not hade no calls or emails got an email saying that they will be sending my phone back when they receive it this was weeks ago still haven’t got my phone back yet and some weird activity has been happening on my old phone so tell me where it is😂

Disappointed. Will not use again

Reduced my offer around £150 despite the phone being sold as ‘broken’, when I declined they offered a little bit more. After reluctantly accepting the offer and being told in writing that the payment would be in my account the same day, then receive an email two days later saying they will sending the device back to me. Apparently they had made a decision to stop buying mobile phones, the price agreed should have been honoured.

Refused my phone due to “terms and conditions”. When I challenged it I was told “ We have made a business decision that we are no longer looking to purchase mobile devices, unfortunately this has affected over 300 customers”. Even though I had only posted my device in a prepaid envelope they sent me 3 days ago.

Awful. Cancelled my order days after it was posted to them and over a week after receiving the pack. No reason was provided and no one responded to my calls or emails. Please do not use!

Company cancelling all orders. Sent phone this morning, cancelled order 2 hours later. No phone and ‘no longer purchasing phones’

Offered me good money then reduced the fee twice due to damage despite me stating the phone was broken and the offer outlining that. I reluctantly accepted a reduced fee then got an email saying my phone was being returned.

I queried this with the company and received an email stating they had taken a business decision to stop buying phones.

Should have honoured offers made before this decision was taken. Disgusting way to treat customers.

Terrible business! pre agreed a fee in which I stated the condition of the phone, then changed it to 95% lower then after agreeing a higher fee sent an email saying we are sending your phone back. Poor CS and can't be trusted.

These guys must be owned by we buy any car they offer you a fair price then find fault and greatly reduce the price, I selected poor condition as screen and back were damaged offered £79 reduced to £7.50 don’t use these there a lot better and fair ways to sell your phone
