Similar to many other recent reviews, this is one online site to be avoided. They appear to take the order but then never deliver the product. Having ordered a fridge freezer, they responded to initial enquiry about delivery dates and then do not confirm the date. When the delivery date has passed they stop responding to any email contact and the telephone is never answered.

I eventually ended up contacting the credit card company that I used to make the purchase to get the refund as gptpowertools failed to respond to request for refund.

RIP OFF MERCANT. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!
No lawn mower delivered. Refund promised within 5 days never came.
No response to email or calls.
Have reported to trading standards and I would encourage other victims to do the same . This criminal needs shutting down and prosecution.

This is a con. The items will never turn up. They will steal your money and cause you an immense amount of frustration.

Scamed out of £1000.00, no answer to emails or phone calls, ride on mower never turned up.

Any advice welcome

ordered a ride on mower at £1250 beginning of August, told delivery would be about 4 weeks, NOTHING delivered. Tried to contact both gpt power tools and the courier who either do not exist or are ignoring my e mail. PLEASE , PLEASE DO NOT buy from here. NO MOWER NO MONEY returned

Fraud, Scam, do not use. I ordered a garden tractor on August 12th 2025, told would be 5 days delivery before sale completed then once completed sale I received an email to say the order would be delayed to end of August. Complained , and was offered a refund within 5 days...still no refund, no answers to emails or calls. Reported to the Police and contacted my credit card for a refund.

Ride on mower again.... paid and all looks professional until item never arrived and now being ignored by phone/ email

They have scammed a lot of people. The website has been taken down. They have not been found. It’s a candle to our Scam agencies. The government needs to get to grips with this situation

Same story as others on here, looks like I’ve been scammed out of over £1,000.
Site said 5 days delivery, reviews looked good, so I placed an order and delivery confirmation said 21 working days. I cancelled the order and was told I would receive a refund within 5 days.I was then told it would be refunded today, 10 days later. I did not receive the money and my emails have been ignored. Seems I’ll have to join the queue in reporting this fraudulent website to the police.

Gptpowertools site is a total SCAM, paid for a ride on mower and when i sent a email asking about ETA, I got a email back saying they have to cancel the order and will refund my account within 5 working days, Still waiting

Scam! Same story as others. Paid for a mower, delivery date pushed back then cancelled, promised full refund which never came. Reported to bank and the police, feel silly and angry. Money I can’t afford to lose in the pocket of some thief.

Delivery was delayed then delayed again, then they said I could be refunded over £1400 and told money would be with me in 5 working days.
All lies still waiting on a refund no reply to emails.stay clear

I would personally give these guys 0 stars, I have waited a further 5 days for the refund of £1,006 to be refunded and it’s now been another week and there is still no refund. I have reported this to fraud squad and reported to my bank. I’ve apparently spoken to Charles Jordan and Sam Carter via email but neither of the information in their emails have come to fruition… ie they still have my money!!

I ordered a ride-on mower in early July, they said the delivery would be on the 1st of August. Enquired on the 3rd and they said that they could not fulfil my order and a refund would be issued. It has not. They took over £1000. They dont answer emails or answer the phone. DON'T USE THEM!!

Please read feedback and stay away, mower undelivered with no contact after they told me there was an issue.
Over £1000 given in trust I would receive the mower.

Big fat scam. No mower and no money. Reported to Police and Credit card company

This company is a scam, paid £900 for a mower, hasn’t arrived, not responding to emails and the phone number doesn’t work. I sent an email from a different email address asking about buying a mower and they replied straight away, gung ho looking for another victim. Hopefully fraud squad shut it down and they get prison.

Avoid this company at all cost!! It’s a scam! The email address they contact you from asking for payment is not their website address. The enquiry email address and telephone number advertised don’t work. The premises they claim to work from is owned by a car garage who’ve been there for 10+ years. There is no sales team. Just one guy ripping people off!
