Fantastic customer service! I ran into an accidental background calculation loop in Google Sheets that drained my workspace tokens. Their support team went above and beyond. They got back to me right away and were patient with me in helping me diagnose the tech issue. Thanks to them I was able to get my workspace running safely again. I highly recommend this extension for both the tool itself and their excellent support.
Great tool for Excel and Sheets! And after having some questions on how I can use my Excel credits for the Sheets tool, the customer service team proved to be thorough, friendly, and amazing as well! I purchased credits and worked on a 600 line CVS file with 8 columns with text and data. A big but not huge database. I wanted the tool to produce some compelling graphs I could past into a presentation.
It did not manage to:
1) Perform an analysis.
2) Create compelling graphs
3) Ultimately it created a basic pivot table in which the % from a total for 5 subfields was wrong. I told it the error and did not manage to fix it's error twice.
Very quick and effective answers.
The add-in for Excel is very easy to understand.
If you have a column with a fullname you can easy extract:
firstname
lastname
gender
You can bring your own key from Open AI.
I use GPT-4o-mini.
That doesnt cost much.
You pay for usage of the add-in.
I paid 29 USD for a package and could easily do over 200.000 requests -> also writing articles for a website with much words.
You can test it for free.
I am very glad with this easy tool in Excel.
