Very approachable and responsive
Very approachable and responsive. It was a pickup order for fresh white asparagus. Unfortunately, I was unable to pick up the order as expected and I have been provided with suitable options. Again, a great thank you for the team's dedication to bringing the German best products into our home country of choice.

German and Dutch licorice order from this company. Great prices on our favourite products, excellent communications from order placement to progress and finally tracking a delivery. Super fast delivery times too. We will be back!

One item was not delivered, but still good experience
My order with GPI was delivered 2 days after placing it. One position of my order was missing, but GPI reacted quickly to my mail, explained that this item had been oversold and issued a quick refund.
