I was scammed and pressured by the Vietjet check in desk and Go Vietnam Visa to get an “urgent visa” for 300 USD!!!!! Because the visa i got was “rejected”. When I arrived in Hanoi I was told that my original visa was good and they should have let me use it to print my boarding pass and enter Vietnam. They made me wait until 5 minutes before closing the airplane so I got desperate and paid 300 dollars. The person in Vietjet called Go Vietnam Visa directly and I heard them make a deal ( my wife speaks a little vietnamese ) . I filed a report with Vietnam Police for this , they told me it is common in Vietnam for scammers to rob you like this.

Jenny saved my life
Jenny saved my life. I already had a Vietnamese evisa; however there was a mistake in my passeport number on the visa. I was denied flight by Singapore Airlines for the 9 am flight from Singapore to Hanoi. The next flight was at 2:40 pm. I contacted Jenny and she quickly reassured me. She said: « we will take care of you and you will have your evisa no later than 1pm , on time for your next flight. At 1pm, I received confirmation that my evisa was issued. I made it to my flight. Thank you Jenny for an excellent service.
