Received my Got Hydro water bottle and have used it 5 times and have YET to see in bubbles....plenty of blue light! Timer works yet NO bubbles...feels like a bust!

Biggest scam ever. Package never opened and they require you pay the freight…to Vietnam! Freight is more than the product. Filing dispute with credit card company. Do not fall for ordering this product!

The bottle leaks no matter how you put the washer in. This bottle is defective. My 2 bottles leaked everywhere . I email customer service and was told to swap rubber washers and up side down still leaking have stopped using it as water is coming out USB socket. There is a 30 day money back guarantee is a lie. They also want a video of your bottle leaking. They are scamming the consumers. Don’t expect any help of getting your money back ,

When I did not receive the order I made with them for £142 I sent them several emails requesting refund, they answered all emails, which I believe were AI at its best!! I was relentless in requesting refund and advised them I was in the process of taking legal action, a couple of days after advising them of this they refunded me, this was after weeks of relentlessly sending emails to them, PERSEVERE if you are in same position, you may just get your hard earned money back, your bank will help you with the action required, good luck

Excellent product and excellent customer service! I bought 2 and they only sent me one, when contacting them, they believed me and are sending me another one!

Absolute SCAM and I fell for it! Really disappointed with myself because I bought 4 for $165.00 just to find that they are nothing more than a bottle with blue light and bubbles!!! Garbage. My family laughed at me for being so gullible. The advertisement was on Gary Brecka’s Instagram site so I trusted it was the real deal. NOT! As others have said, in order to return them I’ve been given a Vietnam address! Really?! Then, after paying for shipping they say they’ll impose a 20% restock fee. All of this is a complete and utter scam. Shame on me! Never buy anything on Instagram. They’ve perfected AI cheating.

Do not, and I mean do not attempt to return these bottles! The customer service will go to great lengths to get you to keep them, including having you ship them to Vietnam on your dime for the return. Do not believe the money back guarantee on the website. They have no desire to take them back or return your money.

I bought this because it was promoted by a doctor that I had been following. This was a glass watter bottle with blue light on the bottom that you could charge

Scam!! Never delivered!! Fake tracking number!!! Stay away!!!!!!!

I received my bottles (2) in a timely manner and there was no damage. HOWEVER, that is all that the 30-day return policy covers. READ IT BEFORE YOU BUY!! I am NOT happy with the 'hydration' aspect of this product. Nails have all become brittle (and have broken) and I can't seem to keep my lips from peeling...a sure sign of mild dehydration for me. I will be sending both bottles back to whatever address I can find and reporting this transaction on my credit card as fraud. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

I'm on the fence. I loved it first time I tried with bottled water. Trued spring water the next day and tasted awful. I then started reading reviews and still waiting for a reply, re, this being a con and nothing to do with Gary Breka. I also read someone took it apart and wasn't what should be at bottom to make hydrogen, so stopped using. It's a professional product. I just need to know that it is producing hydrogen water and not doing me any harm. Please someone reply with honest info.

When I opened up the package there was some damage to it. I contacted them by email and the response was the next day. They said to keep the one I have and they will send out a new one. Customer service had been helpful.
Update: The package shipped out, and got my tracking number. They shipped my package to the wrong address and wrong name. Told me it was my responsibility to track it down by contacting USPA. They shipped my package to Colorado, i live in California
USPS basically laughed at me....th3 name and address gothydrowater.com gave me was NOT my name or address.
Now they have stopped answering my emails and to date have not received a replacement bottle. Customer experience is awful, terrible, the absolute worst. Stay away from this bs company. Terrible Terrible Terrible!!! Can't say it enough

I received my bottle and was very disappointed. Don’t be fooled by this company. There are much better choices in Canada. You will pay more, but they will be worth it. The website keeps extending the holiday sale, with “only 42 left”. Sounds like a a scam.

Purchased the gothydroqater bottles and my husband said return them, they have bad reviews and was skeptical. I contacted the company and they asked me to try them. I tried the bottle and it made me sick, so I again asked to return in which they started asking me what kind of water and how much do I drink. Still...no refund or anything close to a refund. Seems I just lost $100 for a useless product that will go to the trash. Terrible customer service and not worth the price

This does not work, after multiple emails and videos sent to them showing that it does not work at all! They now said I can return to Vietnam at my expense less 20% restocking fee. ...even though they present themselves as a US company, and they ship from the US...DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. COMPLETE SCAM!

if you order it you better be happy with what you got because if you try to return it, you have to jump through multiple hoops and then not only pay for shipping but a restocking fee as well. Would never recommend them.

I’ve been using the Gothydro bottle for about a week and am really enjoying the taste and convenience. I haven’t experienced any bad tastes and the water always bubbles as described. Some poor reviews Ive read are mostly about shipment and customer service. The bottle seems to work as expected.

Five minutes after ordering I read reviews and decided I didn’t want the item. I emailed them to cancel order. Their emails went to my spam so I thought they ignored me. I received the bottle then emailed again explaining I want to return and it was never opened. They then asked for pictures of product. I sent pics of the unopened package. They then replied “ I would like to inform you that normally, we can only accept return requests in case the item is damaged or there is any fault belonging to our end. You can refer to our refund policy here.” I decided to give the bottle a try. It feels sturdy and looks cool, the water tastes like chlorine. Exactly what the reviews had said and why I initially tried to cancel my order. Now I have to pay 20% to restock. Not happy, don’t buy you will be very disappointed.
