Go Ten is 50/50 for me

Go Ten is 50/50 for me. On the positive half, shipping is quick and easy, queries responsive.
On the not so positive side -some high ticket items have a high rate of complaints or returns. You will have to split the return 45-55% with the company. Obviously this will leave you out of pocket.
Missing screws -you are advised to tell your customer to go buy it themselves and a small partial refund offered for this.
I would happily score this company far higher if some of the items were less shoddily built. Too many incidents of broken, frayed , bent or misaligned screw holes etc especially at the price they are being offered at.

i have not got a clue how to use this…

signed up and tried to place a order unfortuanately they want you to send photo id just to buy from them.What kind of buisness refuses peoples money without id?
they have good products, so i tried to upload my driving license only to be told the image is to large
This is the most frustrating dropshiping site i have encountered...Heres a idea for your company stop making it so difficult to buy your goods

Update. Received a response that rectified all of my issues and concerns. I addressed the support response time and was assured that it will not happen in the future. My products are now synced

They have great products but terrible customer support. I have been waiting 5 days for a response for a ticket that I created. They advertise a Shopify integration but when you sync the platform, you are taken to 3rd party app, whose registration form is in Chinese. They claim they have 24/7 support but there is no live chat on their platform, so you just have to wait until your account rep decides to respond to your email. Their platform was highly recommended, but I fear this will hurt my businesses especially if a customer has an issue that needs immediate response

Scammers on return and refund cases

My honest review .
Goten is a real dropshipping platform using dropshipping retail sellers to make money .
The bad thing about this platform ,they don't refund you in faulty items cases ,missing items ,compensation....
They have never refunded me ....they deleted all my refund cases on my account...(deleted all the evidences).
They send damaged items, missing parts , to my customers .
I had to refund my customers fully but Goten never refunded me ☹☹☹
(I won't forgive you greedy Goten😢😢😢 )
I thought I could make an extra income with Goten eventhough little money....... They took my money....I lost a lot .
Be aware in sourcing expensive fragile items...
You will work like a dog for Goten and pay for their faulty products from your pocket.I thought sourcing from their platform would be more Secured...but not... they promise partial refund or sharing loss ...
The reality is lies🤥🤥🤥 .....
My account manager is like a gost manager doesn't like live chat...you have to email her (that not a big issue )
Goten strategy is :
0 loss = stupid will pays for faulty item
0 return
0 refund
⬆️just increasing the profit 💸💸💰💰.
Once they find about a hot sale products they increase the prices dramatically ...

Just remember
Go ten might destroy your business . Because doesn't cooperate with you to grow your business the evidence (no refund, increasing the prices and fees profit margin is low 50p if you sell on Market place like Ebay if you want to sell)
I used to make a good profit sourcing from Amazon in the beginning.( Now I set up a company)
Now I source from other platform in faulty cases the suppliers refund me.

After trying Goten for a few months

After trying Goten for a few months, overall there are just too many issues with products and needing to do returns and the aftersales team take a long time to resolve anything. Yes some products are ok, but the rate of which returns or issues happen and the speed which goten deal with it is not great .... It's difficult to see them as a partner for much longer.

Update:

The resistance dial broke on a customer's bike .... I asked goten to send a replacement and had to fight for 3 weeks without getting any proper results. The item has now arrived and they did not even send the correct part. This is extremely embarrassing and I am so soo disappointed and angry by this.

They never give you the full refund…

They never give you the full refund they will find any excuse not to pay you.
Rubbish profit margins, Everyone online is competing with everyone else by the time you list a product you'd be lucky to make a pound on each item. COG + VAT + handling fee + Card fee. They add all these fees on top. you won't make money for the amount of work you put in by using Goten.
They don't pressure on the courier companies that have the item for days and weeks and they don't contact them or pressure them at all. You paid they have their money they don't care about you. They make all the money and you do all the hard work for peanuts in the end. They never have enough UK stock. So if your a UK seller be prepared to struggle to find products that do sell are in stock. They save those products for their special sellers £50.0000 a month sellers then you can reserve stock

For shipping, I totally understand your frustration, long lead times are difficult to deal with.Unfortunately GoTen isn't responsible for the delivery of the product so we aren't able to speed up shipping times. But we always try our best to push the courier companies made the delivery as fast as they can.

I know all the positive reviews here are fake! This company sucks, use them and lose money as a drop shipper! Their return sucks, they will not refund you and they charge too many fees to place an order with them.

Struggles in return cases you will be the big loser

To help you this is my honest review according to my experience ...
1)Just remember this🤫 every thing would be fine with you until when your start to have a return cases... exemples:
If a customer orders by mistake from your store and opens a return case Goten won't assiste you ,that means you have to arrange the return...how can a customer return a heavy item more than 30 kg without return label from the sender ?
Damaged items cases Goten tries always to put the blame on the customer and you won't be refunded be aware . You are the victim always .
They say that they share loss with you this it's not true according to my honest experience in (damaged items ) they haven't refunded me yet .I can prove that ....
They are always winners.
If you wants to source from them just remember being to honest won't work if you are honest person,with lack of experience in dropshipping they will use you to get rid of their damaged items (send it to your customer then you have to refund ...then no refund from them =money loss💸 )
It's hard to grow your small business.
If your are high ticket dropshipping business owner you might make profit with them ...
Goten just adds to many fees on their .product VAT ,order processing fees,payment by visa card fees by that by this ...
they increases the products prices so your profit margin below (be vigilant)

COULD BE A BETTER COMPANY

I started to use GoTen for my new dropshipping adventure and very rapidly received my first order. They advertise that we can use PayPal, but when you actually need to use it you will realise that you need to request authorisation from your account manager, that is based in China, not in the UK, so you have to wait for the answer depends on what time you sent your request, then they ask you to send information that not even PayPal requests (Driving licence, passport), no thank you, you will never get this from me. After I placed my order with GoTen (paid by credit card) on the 07/12/2020, on the 09/12/2020 was ready to be shipped and was given a Hermes tracking number, today the 17/12/2020 the item is still sitting the GoTen's warehouse waiting to be collected. I have been contacting them since the 11/12/2020 asking why my parcel is still sitting on their warehouse, and always got a scripted reply saying that Hermes takes their parcels without scanning and it should be scanned at any moment!!!! IT HAS BEEN OVER A WEEK SINCE MY ITEM IS READY FOR COLLECTION!!!! and now I have to wait 15 days for them to do something about it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have a very angry customer to deal with, and these guys do nothing about it. Just be aware...
Edit due to contact made from Goten.
I was contacted today regarding my order and the situation will be resolved, not ideal but is the best that can be arranged. They are now looking in to resolve the Paypal situation soon and that is Excellent news as it will help a lot.

Horrible on Returns

Beware before you order that if you need to return anything they will only give you less than half the price back even though the product is returned in the same condition and they can easily resell it.

45% back on refunds is far from industry standard!

I used a simcard and phone number on a device i never use because I did not trust it.

The same day I got phone call on device I never use telling me I had been in a car accident.

The only place I entered this phone number was on their SCAM website.

Terrible Website. Asking the real PayPal sensitive data. I guess these companies are big SCAM site. So bad with uncooperative payment gateways.

Even with the reply. Anybody who reads should understand is it normal to give your paypal address and the personal details, driving license copy for website we don't know of. Pretty strange. Even high security websites dose not as for the paypal account details. People need to aware off these so called their terms policies.
