I ordered 2 tee shirts. Yes it did take longer then mentioned. But due to todays problems everything I've ordered on line takes longer. I did get my shirts and was satisfied. And the shirts weren't made in China.

I am so very disappointed in the expensive masks I ordered with sayings on the front. The masks were not sewn right to where the words can be read and all the words are inverted. They look nothing like the pictures! I paid to much for these to be so low quality. They were made so nonchalant and no care for the customer, it is all about making money!

Love the graphics on the shirt. Only thing is maybe a better quality shirt or material.

If I could give less than 1 star I would. After the DHL delivery dropped it at the USPS in Salt Lake a week ago, it has not moved. Any time I email or put in a ticket they tell me it is en route..... NO IT ISN'T!!! It is lost and they won't do anything about it..... DO NOT waste your money with this sham of a company

They claim your item will ship in 3-5 days. It doesn't. Your lucky if you get it in 3 months. They don't reply to e mails with questions and customer service is non existent. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

I placed an order for a t-shirt and sweatshirt that was supposed to have been delivered in April. This is August I have still not received it. Everytime I call, all I get is the Automated machine. No response from my emails either. Order number RL1084682937.

Will give them 0 or negative stars if possible. Bought a T-shirt and two face masks on 1st of May for a family member birthday. 85 days have passed and items haven’t been received. Last communication with their customer service team they asked to summit a claim with a second level team which I just did, but stated “to be honest we are unable to cancel and process a full refund since the order was already shipped”
Not very useful service or advise, but will be escalating as needed to get my money back.
Don’t buy from them!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
Order never arrived.Placed my order in April, have set numerous email chasing the order. I have just received an email stating that because my order did not meet my expectations and my complaint was over 60 days it was not valid and they will close my case. I have never received this order...so how come it didn’t meet my expectations???

Sent exactly what I ordered. No issues with them what so ever. They sent emails and tracking number. Took a bit, but everything has. Love it. Will order again.

The shirts I ordered for my 4 grandsons were as I expected and the boys really liked them. In fact everyone that saw them thought they were really nice.

I ordered a t shirt for my daughters birthday. It came in very late but I can understand due to covid situation and shipping delays.
Me and my daughter loved the t-shirt. Material is very good. Printing quality is excellent. Even my friends liked it a lot.

Quality product, was delayed by pandemic but that was understandable. I would order from this vendor again.

I ordered a tshirt for my nephew a couple of months ago. I just got it. Other than taking forever to get it, it is a nice shirt.

I ordered a mug and a t-shirt for father's day. I ordered 10 days ahead of father's day and received the mug ON father's day but here it is July 8th and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE SHIRT. A so-called "CLAIM" tells me I have to wait another 1-2 weeks with absolutely no explanation. Very disappointed and will not order again.

The only reason I didn't give a 5 star is the shipping to so long. I thought I was scammed but they did indeed respond to my concerned email.

I ordered 2 t-shirts on 22nd of May.
At the time, the lead time was advertised as being 5 to 15 days.
I bought the birthday t-shirts for birthdays in June which have already happened over a month ago.
It is now 7th of July and i have still not received my purchases.
Please do not trust this company with your money.
I have emailed them and heard nothing! I will now request that my card company claim the money back on my behalf.
Don’t be fooled by the ‘printing’ status on your order details. My order has been in ‘printing’ since May!! In ‘printing’ for 2 months!!

The quality is excellent! It took a few weeks to come because everything was personalized. But when I emailed them they immediately got back to me. I needed to change an order and they helped me that night. I am very pleased with the quality and customer service!
