placed an order for masks and first batch the letters are low and poor printing quality. second batch of 13 masks the printing is better but first 2.5" of mask is all black as writing starts below the middle of mask making it land below the chin. zero responses from company. as if nobody actually works here.

Terrible customer service. I ordered something at the first of August. It's almost the end of Sept and I still haven't received it. If you click ANY of their links it takes you to a page that says "forbidden" and I can't get in touch with ANYONE. I just want my money back at this point. I will NEVER order from them again
UPDATE... They stated the package has been delivered (it never was) and they weren't going to do anything about it
