They are not responding to my phone calls or emails order placed 2 months ago I have not received my kitchen yet this review may change once they start communicatng

We bought a silverback sb-s1, yes it was quite expensive. Everything came as expected even if not when we expected. There was a slight dent on the bottom flashing but no big deal, not worth not accepting. However, the plastic it's wrapped in caused a staining on the outside of the stainless steel. I have written them several times to get the proper way to clean this residue off in case the stainless steel has any kind of coating. Zero response. Super disappointed. I understand the comments from people who were missing items and never heard anything. Customer support is non-existent! For this money at least a chatbot for goodness sake. Otherwise generally satisfied, I do think they should use a tinted film on the glass or darker glass on the refrigerator because It doesn't compensate (heats up) for the time the glass door is exposed to sunlight. I still gave a 3 because it seems sturdy enough. I like it, it's just that the support is horrible. Also, the lack of a decent instruction manual is a drawback.

I purchased a Silverback outdoor kitchen; I ordered it in late March 26, and it arrived in two shipments between May and June 26. Senharib was very courteous during the ordering process. I must admit, however, that communicating with them after placing the order wasn't exactly easy. To get status updates, you have to write multiple times and really be persistent. They do eventually reply, but the process is exhausting. It’s a shame, because when they do respond, they are extremely polite, precise, and honest. They delivered exactly what they promised—no surprises! The kitchen is beautiful and seems well-built; time will tell how it holds up. But the visual impact is truly "WOW"! The packaging was excellent, preventing any dents during shipping, which was fast and included real-time tracking.

Ho comprato una cucina goriller fatto il bonifico il 07/04 ordine n 11164 mi hanno detto che arrivava a fine aprile dopo diverse e-mail mi hanno detto se volevo 2 moduli subito il resto quando tornava disponibile il 05/06 io ho detto di sì mi sono arrivati i 2 moduli e dell’ultimo modulo ad oggi nessuna notizia non rispondono più alle e-mail e io non so cosa fare spero mi contattino subito perché se no mi devo prendere un legale e farci causa

Ho acquistato e pagato per intero una cucina Goriller, ordine 1434, mi hanno scritto a seguito del pagamento che mancavano alcuni elementi chiedendo se preferivo che inviassero il pronto oppure se volevo aspettare che tutti gli elementi fossero disponibili. Ho accettato che mi arrivasse il materiale pronto per poi avere il materiale mancante come da comunicazione Gorillas il 15/05 dal giorno della scadenza ho mandato 8 mail per sapere lo stato della spedizione del materiale mancante.
Finalmente mi hanno risposto il pezzo mancante mi è arrivato 22/06 con un ritardo di 30 giorni ora che la cucina è completata devo ammettere che il risultato è spettacolare e la qualità è la funzionalità sono ben oltre le mie aspettative. Un piccolo problema di comunicazione sulle

Hervorragender Support und pünktliche Lieferung

Precisi,puntuali,ottimo assemblaggio,ottimo materiale...che dire...complimenti efficienza tedesca...l'unica cosa se la compravo questo mese,c'era il forno pizza in omaggio...pazienza!!

Im Showroom in Bielefeld gewesen und den Kauf eines Ausstellungs- Outdoorküche vereinbart und 50% angezahlt. Da Teile fehlten wurde zugesagt, dass in der Folgewoche eine Mitteilung bzgl. der Lieferung der fehlenden Teile und der Küche erfolgt.
Ist jetzt 5 Wochen her und GORILLER hat sich immer noch nicht gemeldet. Jegliche Anfrage über Email, Insta oder Facebook wird ignoriert. Eine telefonische Erreichbarkeit gibt es nicht. Das GORILLA für Kunden nicht erreichbar sind, geht laut Komnentaren in den Sozialen Medien wohl mehreren so!
Würde dort definitiv nichts mehr kaufen!
Strafanzeige wegen Betrugs wird in den nächsten Tagen erstattet!

Wir sind absolut begeistert von unserer Gorilla Outdoor-Küche! Die Verarbeitung ist erstklassig, die Materialien hochwertig und sie sieht einfach fantastisch in unserem Garten aus. Alles ist durchdacht: Stauraum, Arbeitsfläche und Grillmöglichkeiten sind perfekt aufeinander abgestimmt. Auch die Montage war unkompliziert, dank der klaren Anleitung. Seitdem verbringen wir noch mehr Zeit draußen beim Kochen und Genießen. Absolute Kaufempfehlung für alle, die Qualität und Design lieben!

Ordinato più di un mese fa, non sono non ho ricevuto nulla ma non rispondono né in chat né alle e-mail, é assurdo visto il costo pagato. Non so se riceverò qualcosa oppure se é solo una truffa

Ich habe vor einem Monat die GORILLER® Empire M1 Outdoor-Küche bestellt für mein Haus in Spanien. Einfache Bestellung, perfekte Lieferung im zusammengebautem Zustand und alles zu einem top Preisleistungsverhältnis! Nach einem Monat im Test bin ich absolut zufrieden und kann Goriller jedem empfehlen. Toll ist auch die Beleuchtung „im“ Grill und die einzelnen Wetterabdeckungen. Diese können mit einzelnen Reisverschlüssen getrennt und aneinander gefügt werden, somit erhält man eine komplette, grosse, perfekt passende Grillabdeckung (sehr gute Idee).
Habe auch die Grillplatte (Edelstahl) in massiver Ausführung dazu bestellt. Diese passt perfekt anstelle eines der massiven Grillroste.
Es wäre noch schön, wenn es zu den Unterschränken 1-2 Tablare gäbe.
Von meiner Seite gesehen und getestet - absolute Topware und sehr zu empfehlen.

I strongly advise everyone NOT to buy from Living Handel GmbH / Goriller.de.

On 8 September 2025, I paid a total of €5,541.38 by credit card for a full outdoor grill setup (gas grill + accessories).
The invoice issued later on 22 September 2025 was for €4,617.81, excluding German VAT — since my company is based in Bulgaria (EU) and VAT should not apply to intra-EU B2B transactions.
However, the seller has never refunded the €923.57 VAT difference.

On top of that, several items listed on the invoice were never delivered, and despite numerous emails, the company completely stopped responding.
Even the shipment tracking confirms that part of the order never left Germany.

With this level of communication, I honestly don’t know how they handle warranty claims — if they ignore basic refund and delivery issues, I can’t imagine what happens when something breaks.

I usually don’t write negative reviews, but this time these guys went way too far.
I truly hope that by sharing my experience, others will avoid ending up in the same situation.

I have already filed a formal complaint with the European Consumer Centre (EVZ Germany) and informed the German and Bulgarian tax authorities.
This company shows zero accountability and highly suspicious business behavior.
If you value your money and peace of mind — stay far away from Goriller.de / Living Handel GmbH.
