No trust, dropped the ball BIG TIME!
I ordered on a Sunday 5/8/22, I viewed it was not going to the address I wanted shipped to, I emailed them the same day to ask if I could change shipping address. Pupsocks emailed back Monday 5/9/22 next day, asking where to ship to, immediately I sent back a thank you, and the correct shipping address, I have all the emails for facts. Next, my order is shipping, I notice the address had not changed, I immediately sent a note about it, too late, pupsocks said they could quick make another order and ship right out, oh, and I inquired if they did for no charge, I have not heard a thing. VERY disappointed in this company, they over promise and under deliver, they're other companies out there doing the same, I will use them.

Sadly my socks were damaged when they arrived. A new pair is being sent but yet to arrive. Disappointing that a damaged pair was sent out. Glad these are being replaced though so the response to the disappointing situation was good.

Novelty only
The printing is pretty well done. The socks themselves have a strange construction, making them oddly flat and not great fitting. They don't have a bend at the ankle, so fabric just bunches up there when worn. These are a fun novelty, but not something to actually wear.
