Dealing with Google Business Profile support is a nightmare that I wouldn’t wish on anyone.

At best, they reply with copy-paste templates that aren't even relevant to the issue you raised. They close tickets without actually providing answers because they clearly have no clue what they are doing. Their lack of professionalism is frankly embarrassing.
They have built a system based on algorithms that are completely broken and out of control. They offend both customers and businesses by accusing them of lying—it is deeply insulting to be accused of "fake engagement" or "deceptive content" without any evidence. They don't seem to realize that this behavior is legally actionable as defamation.
Everything is fine for them until they cross paths with someone who has had enough and is willing to spend the time and money to sue them. Only then do they stop acting like the untouchable masters of the market and realize they are legally accountable. Pathetic.

Credo uno dei peggiori servizi di sempre: confusionario, limitato, assistenza completamente assente, vieni lasciato solo, anche se probabilmente chi paga ha un altro tipo di assistenza, o almeno credo... se hai un problema rispondono dopo settimane, e spesso senza darti alcun aiuto, addirittura l'ultima volta mi hanno scritto che non avevano capito bene e hanno chiesto scusa dicendo che usano un traduttore... cioĂš tu Google, azienda a livello globale, non hai qualcuno in Italia che parli italiano e che possa aiutare gli utenti che utilizzano i tuoi servizi in Italia?! Sareste da multare e far chiudere!!! Da poco ho ricevuto una recensione falsa e diffamatoria da parte di una persona che non vive nella mia cittĂ  e che non Ăš mai stata nella mia attivitĂ , aprire un ticket per questo problema Ăš stato a dir poco complicato, spesso devi utilizzare altre motivazioni per entrare in contatto con qualcuno, invece io come azienda pretendo un'assistenza piĂč presente e sopratutto piĂč rapida! Una recensione falsa e diffamatoria, se segnalata dal titolare e da altri utenti, dovrebbe perlomeno venire sospesa immediatamente, poi se volete fare i vostri riscontri fateli pure, ma lasciarla lĂŹ per settimane in attesa che VOI VI SVEGLIATE arreca solamente danni all'attivitĂ , un'attivitĂ  che paga tasse e bollette, mica sono qui a giocare, infatti mi rivolgerĂČ sia ad un avvocato che ad un'associazione dei consumatori, deve finire questo menefreghismo e questa lentezza, non Ăš possibile dover arrivare a scrivere decine di volte SPERANDO in una risposta!!! Aggiungo che i miei clienti si lamentano per l'assenza di informazioni importanti nella scheda aziendale, le offerte sono sparite, sono state spostate inspiegabilmente nella sezione foto, ma che senso ha se nell'app mappe mi fai pubblicare un'offerta e poi questa offerta non si vede??? Parlo con tale e presunta Alessandra da oltre 1 mese, ancora non ha capito nulla del problema che infatti non Ăš mai stato risolto. Sto procedendo a fare il mio sito web cosĂŹ da dire addio per sempre a Google

Support is absolutely disgusting - just robots and auto responses

We run a network of franchises and therefore have over 150 listings with GMB. I’ve never encountered a more unhelpful company. Everytime you submit a support request, you just get an Ai response saying ahh not sure what you mean, but try these help guides. The help guides do not help!
I could rant for hours about this. I wish Google didn’t have a stronghold on search engines as if there was a comparable alternative, I’d never deal with them again!!

Google refuses to enforce their own


I'm writing this on behalf of my significant other.
Google refuses to enforce their privacy policies, specifically doxxing. The details: a reseller on another platform selectively took screenshots of pieces of a conversation from the private messaging portion of the website and posted them online in a review on the Google business profile in a misleading way (known as "cherry picking") in an attempt to make the seller look bad. This is known officially as "trial by incomplete evidence", a logical fallacy. Sadly, the other platform also did not enforce their policies regarding this abuse. More importantly, the profile from the selling platform that was targeted is a personal, non-entity account and the Google account is an LLC small business with a physical storefront. This further complicates the issue in the fact that the reseller from the selling platform is actually a competitor (a conflict of interest) and to further elaborate, the reseller contacted the owner of the business, (using the contact information from the Google business profile) offering to take down their Google review in exchange to accept their initial offer on the private selling platform that started the whole conversation. Additionally, Google my business reviews are supposed to be genuine experiences with the business (according to their policies) and the experience from the personal selling platform being merely an online transacting platform between individuals makes the whole situation even more outrageous. Perhaps when society advances a little further in the areas of truth, integrity and etiquette, these companies will reform and begin holding themselves accountable. Currently, either platform is requesting, or as I put it, "standing their ground" until a court order is produced. The point of having written policies is self governance.

Google, thanks for making yet another person feel so small.

C’est un super outil pour ĂȘtre visible


C’est un super outil pour ĂȘtre visible rapidement en ligne. Mais seulement quand Google veut bien rendre la fiche visible. Si vous partagez votre local avec d'autres professionnels, attendez-vous Ă  ce que l’attente soit loooooongue. On dirait que google dĂ©tecte un conflit de revendications lorsqu’on est plusieurs Ă  utiliser lĂ©gitimement la mĂȘme adresse. L’analyse des justificatifs par leur Ă©quipe prend une Ă©ternitĂ© qui me semble inexplicable. Un vĂ©ritable enfer quand une bonne partie de votre chiffre d’affaire est construit sur cette visibilitĂ©. 1 mois que j’attends alors que GMB indique 5j de dĂ©lais de traitement.

Non posso piu' modificare il mio profilo dell'attivita'

Sono il presidente di Diving Line ASD e abbiamo spostato la sede della nostra scuola da via del Fontanile Arenato 66 a viale dell'Umanesimo 38. Google maps non ne vuole sapere di cambiare indirizzo in nessun modo. Le ho tentate tutte. Il servizio e' si gratuito ma Google non e' autorizzato a gestire i miei dati arbitrariamente e ad arrecarmi danno a questo punto volontariamente perche' mi ha tolto la possibilita' di gestire i dati presenti sulla mia scheda e continua a pubblicare dati errati. Tutte le verifiche sono fallite, la videochiamata in diretta dice sempre che non e' disponibile. Voglio pensare che sia solo la follia di qualche suo dipendente ma dovra' risponderne. Follia pura......

Pessimo servizio dato dalla societĂ  piĂč ricca al mondo! È incredibile!
Assistenza inesistente. Problemi di verifica incomprensibili se devi gestire la tua attivitĂ  reale, poi come utente che consulta, trovi tante di quelle truffe che ti domandi se le "menate" le fanno solo a te.

Worst tool in history, making up rule and holding small businesses down. Lawsuit incoming! This need the attention of congress and should be forced to broken up or removed from the state as a technology provider! They don’t have real support, their products no longer serve the interests they stat.

They kicked me off GMB without notice


They kicked me off GMB without notice and won't tell me exactly what they need to reinstate my listing. Every time I submit what they asked for I get denied saying they cannot verify my address/business. No one to talk to over the phone, if you get an appointment with them, they want $$. Horrible Google My Business USA. Update to the review: after two years of being suspended they created another profile which I did not ask for, ready to be clicked on to be verified. Once I clicked on the VERIFY NOW my business miraculously gets instant verification. My old profile had reviews dated 2014 and I want them back. Sent them an email explaining the situation, yet they claim they don't know what I am talking about. Very horrible experience!

Complete lack of ownership and quality services

The journey to verify our business on Google Business Profile has been a frustrating and protracted one. Despite our earnest attempts, including multiple video submissions and adherence to every instruction provided, progress has been negligible. Our exchanges with Google's support team have stretched over several months, yet we remain uninformed about the status of our verification.

The experience has been marred by technical glitches and a lack of responsiveness from the support team, leaving us feeling stranded in a maze of unaddressed queries and unresolved issues. Our business's longstanding presence and our meticulous compliance with verification criteria seem to have little impact on expediting the process.

While we've maintained patience and persistence, the communication breakdown and lack of accountability within Google's support structure are to say the least concerning. Our plea for guidance on escalating the matter remains unanswered, reflecting a huge and massive gap in customer service.

Bonjour,
il faudrait contrer ce systĂšme d'avis Google.
Le vrai but de GOOGLE : Faire sa PUB, pas Ă  vous, mais Ă  LUI ; rien d'autre !
Il n y a rien de vrai dans les avis Google, la preuve ici sur tous ces Forums en ligne oĂč les avis sont Ă©changĂ©s (trafic)
Je suis totalement contre ce que fait GOOGLE qui poussent les gens Ă  faire n importe quoi pour avoir de bons avis.
Pour ma part, je ne veux pas rentrer dans leur jeu. Je suis victime de faux avis négatifs, postés par des personnes malfaisantes qui font tout pour nuire à mon honneur et ma réputation. Il y a pourtant seulement 4 avis, mais 4 avis complÚtement nauséabonds.
De +, le Google my Business a été créé par une personne inconnue. La photo n est pas la mienne mais celle d'un gars inconnu.
Et je me trouve complĂštement prise au piĂšge des mailles de Google qui refuse de supprimer ce lien internet, ni mĂȘme ces avis alors que je lui ai fait maintes et maintes rĂ©clamations.
J ai tout fait de mon cÎté.
J ai juste réussi à reprendre la main sur ce fichu lien menant à GMB en prouvant qu il s agissait bien de moi, cependant, je n ai jamais pu faire enlever tous ces avis malfaisants et complÚtement mensongers par Google.
J ai alors fait appel Ă  un avocat (il demande 240 € ttc de l'heure) pour qu il me vienne en aide, mais cela a Ă©tĂ© un rĂ©el gouffre financier... j ai Ă©tĂ© obligĂ©e de stopper les frais colossaux inutiles. GOOGLE, qui rĂšgne en MaĂźtre sur Internet, refuse de faire quoi que ce soit.
Et les organismes qui travaillent pour eux (Artur'in, Solocal, etc.) encouragent de faire ce que vous faites ici sur ce Forum, c est à dire faire mettre des avis positifs par des gens, amis, ou autres pour faire remonter votre cÎte par des étoiles.
Cela devient un veritable trafic, tout ça orchestrĂ© par GOOGLE qui LUI gagne Ă  tous les coups, puisqu on parle de lui Ă  chaque Ă©toile mise ArrĂȘtons ce massacre et faisons STOPPER cette mascarade infernale inventĂ©e par GOOGLE qui ne veut absolument rien dire et qui encourage juste la violence et la haine. Lui sort toujours la tĂȘte haute Ă  votre dĂ©triment !

Google my Business ist ein weiterer, nutzloser Lock-service der google-familie. Google bringt zwar viele kostenlose Services auf den Internetmarkt um diesen irgendwann in GĂ€nze zu beherrschen, das ist allerdings auch mit Gefahren verbunden.

Die Google-GeschĂ€ftsleitungen maßen sich an ĂŒber jedwede Rechte und Gesetze, ĂŒber gute Sitten sowie Moral zu stehen! Ethoß ist fĂŒr das gesamte Google-Personal somit als in GĂ€nze ausgeschlossen anzusehen, völlig Irrelevant, wie sehr sich diese Unternehmen in der Öffentlichkeit darstellen.

Einen google-Business-Account fĂŒr sein Business zu erstellen hĂ€ngt bnicht von Ihnen und Ihrem Business ab, sondern Einzig und Alleinig von Google, respektive deren Automatisierungsprozesse.

Mehrere (verschiedene) Unternehmen auf derselbigen Unternehmensitzadresse zu Installieren fĂ€llt schon mal weg. Man wird sofort gesperrt und Re-Aktivierungen die erst durch umfangreiche Widerspruchsverfahren (als wĂŒrde man vor Gericht ziehen), erfolgreiche Re-Aktivierungg des Businessprofiles wird dann kurze Zeit SpĂ€ter wieder (durch Google) revidiert!

Google hat die Macht und nutzt sie auch, ĂŒber Sein oder Nichtsein eines Unternehmens zu Entscheiden, vollkommen Irrelevant wieviele Rechte und Gesetze durch Google gebrochen werden!

Nowadays I try to avoid Google products as much as possible. Too many problems. If you report a bug (e.g. support ticket 6-4500000035187), the support department just says they are not in contact with the technical department, so they don't do anything about it.

If you ask how you can get in touch with the technical department, they just ignore you.

The result is Google systems that do not work properly, but they just don't know and don't fix it due to their internal structure.

They don't take users seriously. Let me guess, Google will not respond here either. And that's exactly what I mean ...
