I ordered two camp chairs from this company (Goodemsk.click) on 2nd January 2026, I emailed them a couple of times for an update on my delivery to which they replied the next day - polite and reassuring my purchase is on its way and will also include a special gift for the delay. Then I get an email from them on 28th February 2026 saying my courier is lost and they will arrange a refund for me which will take 10-20 work days.
It’s now April 8th 2026 no refund and they haven’t replied to my last few emails. Serves me right for not reading the reviews.

Ordered an item for an event. Item ordered one month prior to the event. Several emails with their support group assuring me they would expedite the item. Item showed up two weeks after the event. I returned the item and requested a refund. They received the item but I did not receive a refund. Emails to their customer service went unanswered. Avoid.

This thing blew my mind straightaway! Colors poppin out vividly like pure magic and the 3D effects just nailed it spot-on. Pretty sleek, easy setup but gotta be careful cuz blades spin fast.

Impressed by its performance and reliable customer support; clearer setup instructions could further enhance overall experience.

I have ordered some car screen covers. All the links given by this firm tracking number website link all are blocked as spam/mailware.
All saying open at your risk.

I wont be giving them my money again. Let's hope PayPal will reimburse me.

This is one of the most crooked and devious companies that I have EVER dealt with in my entire life! Do not EVER order anything from them! They are scammers and thieves! I ordered something for halloween from them. It took almost THREE MONTHS to be delivered. Then, when. The item finally arrived, it was not what they had shown on their advertisement. I demanded a refund. So these idiots, refunded me a measly SEVEN DOLLARS on a $79.00 purchase. Of course these scammers are in China somewhere, so I cannot do anything about this. Please! Do NOT order anything from this company! Warning!

Shame on me I should have read the reviews. Shame on Instagram too for allowing a low life company to advertise on their platform.
Goodnessk is a sham run by low lifes stealing money. Yep they stole $212 from me and I allowed it. Why is Instagram allowing this? Im not blaming Instagram for my ignorance but they are hosting a company with nefarious intentions. STOP THE STEAL.

Warning. You should not shop here. Ordered a halooen figure 2 months ago. Have not yet received my order and money has been taken from my bank account. Furthermore, the company rather responds after repeated emails

It’s a total scam I have got any confirmation from them at all about them even shipping it

I ordered the 3d fans like others have. This company is a complete scam. I have contacted the seller. Their email blamed the freight company saying it was in transit but they haven't updated their site. A week later I have received an email from the company saying it was never in transit and there is no expected delivery date, my order is just "Ready." I have filed a complaint with Paypal. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO BUY FROM THEM. This is clearly just another scam.

Its been weeks since I ordered 4 3D fans. I have emailed them several times and they do respond, but will not give me tracking numbers. The last email says that they have reshipped my order and to wait several days for an update. I have told them I am about to file a claim with my CC company. All of thos after they charged me $50 more than they were supposed to and had to refund the difference. We'll see what happens.

Ordered hologram more than a week ago. Nothin ships and received only standard reply for customer service. Recon it's a scam.

Ordered only 1 to try, no one tells you that there is no serum in it, apparently that is all you get,worthless and completely useless. DON'T BOTHER, Waste of time and money £20.00 for an applicator, really

I only gave 1 star as you can't put zero. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM. I ordered goods from them and changed my mind so I emailed them immediately after placing the order to cancel it. I've sent at least 6 emails to 3 different contacts. They have completely ignored my request but have informed me the parcel is on it's way. I told them several times I didn't want it. They don't respond to my cancellation emails but continue to send me updates on the parcel they've sent. It is very frustrating. @PayPal are just as bad. They keep saying to wait 14 days for delivery and then I can make a claim.... DELIVERY OF WHAT? I cancelled the good, there shouldn't be a delivery.

I ordered 5 months ago still I have not received my order even though I asked them to cancel my order and try to take my money back but still have not gotten it.

Terrible....did not receive my order...I have been trying 3 months now to het proper assistance, but it's the same lines as response without any solution. No refund received. No parcel received. Address on their waybill differs from the invoice with my address, but they keep refusing to address that.
